Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

Went to Guildford to buy a wedding present but I didn’t have a clue. Neptune Guildford staff were brilliant in helping me choose - brand ambassadors and delightful, not pushy like some shops. I will return.

dire experience suggest you spend you money elsewhere

Whilst I had chosen the console table I wanted on line, I couldnot have been more impressed than when I went into the store to order and arrange delivery
The order and paperwork were swift
The delivery date was emailed to me and my table arrived in 4 days

Our experience with the ‘Neptune’ room design service.
Our experience with the ‘Neptune’ room design service was excellent. The store staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Never too busy to discuss things in detail. Everyone was friendly. The home designer was superb and offered various suggestions to ensure the outcome was to our taste. On our home visit she came completely organised and obviously had listened to any suggestions we gave. We dealt with their Guildford store and no queries were left unanswered and all problems resolved. Due to COVID and shipping difficulties we were even given a similar sofa until ours was ready. A true 5star service

Unimpressed
This is supposedly a 'High End' company. Have had paint issues which after many emails has been sorted, but has been a nightmare. Very rude manager at Weybridge store.
Now we have the issue of having ordered our bedroom furniture in September (Guildford store, prior to the paint issue) and was told it would be 6-8 weeks. We now have been given a date a week before Christmas, but that could potentially change until after Christmas because of Covid issues. How long are we going to hold Covid responsible for everything? We were going to order our kitchen and two bathrooms from them - we have now changed our minds.

Thanks for taking the time to leave your review. I am sorry that the lead time for your bedroom set has been longer than we originally advised. Shipping has been challenging for many retailers and I’m so sorry that you feel let down.
Eve has let me know that she spoke with you yesterday, when she was able to offer three delivery slots before Christmas and you settled on the 17th of December. I can see that is all booked and confirmed at our end.
Eve mentioned that she could only imagine your delivery date changing if the new COVID variant affected our work force. This advice was given in the name of transparency and we wanted to err on the side of caution. I’m sorry that you felt it was an excuse to allow for a delay, that was never our intention.
As for your visit to Weybridge, I am so sorry that you had a bad experience, and I will escalate appropriately. If you have any concerns or anything else you’d like to discuss, you can reach me on 01483 345 480 or email guildford@neptune.com.

Stylish washstand in oak
I saw a very smart washstand in oak with marble top when visiting a Neptune shop locally. I decided to buy the washstand and placed my order some time ago.
The item was made to order and I waited for the washstand to be ready whilst finishing decorating which suited my time frame for delivery.
On the arranged date the item was delivered as a flat pack but the delivery team assembled the item for me after I asked for help which was a good job because assembly did need specialist tools.
I am delighted with my purchase from Neptune.

The staff at Neptune were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable of their products . They stuck to the time lines on delivery , something which is very rare theses days. At all times we were kept informed of the progress. Delivery of items went smoothly and the items look lovely in my new home.
