Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

We do what we do because we believe our designs can make your life that little bit happier, easier and better.
We do that with honesty, rigour and kindness, using the best materials, the most trustworthy of techniques, surrounded by people who genuinely care about creating things that are timeless. And we always lead with heart.
We’re a British-born and raised interiors and lifestyle brand who design and make furniture, lighting and accessories for your whole home.

Neptune Customer Service like none other- the best
Neptune have been amazing and in particular, Amy F who is a customer experience advisor. She was so responsive, answering my emails almost immediately every time, efficient at sorting everything out and so helpful, it is rare to receive a service like that these days! Everything Neptune sells is amazing too, if I won the lottery I would do my whole house and kitchen just from Neptune!

Superior quality and extremely smooth and efficient service
Really helpful advice on design from Alessio Bestetti. Neptune handled everything seamlessly from beginning to the end, and we have a wonderful flawless kitchen. We re-did our house, and this was by far the smoothest experience we had. Everything was delivered at the highest level of quality. As a result, we ordered other furniture from Neptune.

Neptune Resort
The two ladies who work there made us feel very welcome and comfortable. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Because of them I would highly recommend a visit.
The shop is beautiful with gorgeous home products.

The Wandsworth Bridge Road Staff have been so helpful and attentive. They had ordered an item to the store for me to ensure a shorter lead time and kept me well updated and were so extremely friendly with ever correspondence.

Great product but shocking delivery
Store well presented with very helpful sales staff. The problems arise on delivery - Neptune could not deliver anything on the agreed and confirmed dates pushing delivery out multiple times.
They are further required to unbox and assemble items but in both instances the delivery team dropped the products and ran. Only after complaining on the second item did Neptune send back a team to finish the delivery.
Great product but the shocking delivery process is not worth the wasted time and repeat phone calls.
If delivery includes unboxing, assembly and removal of packaging then it should be done - one should not have to complain before the service is provided.

Chair delivery
I have just received an order of Suffolk shares to go with my table. Although I originally placed the order in July and it has taken months to get hold of the cushions, annoying but since Brexit nothing works-both the shop and the delivery men were super helpful which is very rare nowadays. The delivery men were particularly excellent and that has been my experience on every delivery.

Great quality and service
Great quality. Helpful courteous staff both on delivery & build, and after-sales customer service.
The delivery guys built the garden furniture and took great care with positioning, and instructing me on use of parasol. Took all packing away.
Excellent service, start to finish.
