Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

We do what we do because we believe our designs can make your life that little bit happier, easier and better.
We do that with honesty, rigour and kindness, using the best materials, the most trustworthy of techniques, surrounded by people who genuinely care about creating things that are timeless. And we always lead with heart.
We’re a British-born and raised interiors and lifestyle brand who design and make furniture, lighting and accessories for your whole home.

Loved the store and the displays. Very polite and helpful staff. The reason for the four was that they didn’t have what I wanted in stock.

When I visited the Edgebaston store…
When I visited the Edgebaston store the end of January they had got what I wanted in stock…so the assistant (can’t remember her name) was so very helpful she sorted out my order and it was delivered Thursday the 16th February. I’m pleased to report I’m absolutely thrilled with it!!!

Placing the order through the…
Placing the order through the Birmingham store was faultless. Lovely service from the lady who took the order. I was advised I would receive an update to my order. I didn’t. Took a while to arrive and although I won’t unpack the Christmas Tree until Dec 23 I hope it is lovely.

Neptune Edgbaston - Our Dream Kitchen
Our dream Suffolk kitchen is stunning, exactly what we had envisaged. We really did have the Neptune ‘Dream Team’ working on our project. A very big thank you to Hannah, John & Toby.
By the time the kitchen was ready to be fitted we were at the end of a 6 month build project so it was such a relief for Neptune to come in at the end of what had been quite a stressful period.
We are loving and enjoying our forever kitchen, thank you!

First day out in months since breaking…
First day out in months since breaking my ankle and what an uplifting experience it was at Neptune Edgebaston. Having to get around on crutches wasn’t a problem as each room was very spacious and a joy to sit in and be filled with inspiration. All the ladies that work there were very helpful and nothing too much trouble ,I came away with plenty of bargains from the reduced items so a very enjoyable visit, thank you!

Clock purchase
Lovely staff who were very helpful. We ordered the clock and within 7 days we were notified that it was in the shop.
Perfectly packaged. Nothing too much trouble for them.
