We bought a bed from Neptune after randomly stumbling into the store in Chiswick. The service inside of the store was excellent, even requiring cancellation/reordering after our initial purchase wasn't going to work out. Shaila was great at helping us navigate this, even preparing an email with detailed breakdowns of costs after leaving the store, allowing us to continue on with our adventures that day. The bed came faster than expected after switching to a different size, and the delivery guys were also excellent. Stone and Joe were efficient while accomodating throughout the house to make sure they were not creating any additional mess. We had several deliveries after moving to our new place, and Neptune was by far the best crew we dealt with. Overall, it was a great experience, and if I was to need furniture again, Neptune would be the place I start.

Brilliant from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with was helpful and professional from Aneeta at the start with the design through to Greg who oversaw and Craig who fitted the finished product. The workmanship is outstanding and they constantly checked that we were happy with everything. Would thoroughly recommend

Without a doubt Neptune Chiswick store has the most wonderful people working there. Exceptional customer service care, particularly from Shaila. Always goes above and beyond to assist me with my order request. Not only searching for the best product, checking for no flaws. Gave the item a good clean, packaged well and had a good conversation in the end. Best experience ever, especially for someone who struggles with social anxiety. After discovering Neptune after a gift from a friend, I discovered there was a Neptune store in Chiswick so I decided to pop in. Shaila who served me in Chiswick is so knowledgable about the products and very personable. She is a credit to the store there and she gave me helpful tips to follow Neptune Instagram for offers. Thanks to Shaila’s wonderful welcome, I know I will now be a lifelong customer at Neptune.

I spent a wonderful hour in this gorgeous store. As soon, as I entered I was greeted by the one of the lovely staff, Shaila, who answered my questions. The store is laid out like a beautiful house with US Hamptons vibes. There are so many inspiring ideas to steal for your own home. The staff make you feel very welcome without making you feel under any pressure.

This is the most beautiful shop on Chiswick High road but what makes it even more special is the incredible service and how the staff go out of their way to help. They really do go above and beyond! Especially Shalia and Audrey who spent so much time with us styling and choosing. We will definetly be back again soon!

I love coming into Neptune Chiswick shop to admire ( and buy!) their beautiful furnitures and kitchen accessories. I am particularly impressed by Shaila customer service, as she is always so attentive, has a wealth of product knowledge and is such a gem. I highly recommend this store.

This is an awesome shop on Chiswick high road, a must see. Lovely design furniture and home accessories, great quality. The staff, in particular Shaila, was very knowledgeable about the products, very attentive and caring to my needs and requests and thanks to her i found my beautiful and uplifting Ella saffron tumblers. We happened to pop into Neptune on Chiswick High Street by chance and are so glad we did. We ended up purchasing three beautiful bar stools, the quality of the furniture is outstanding, with proper solid wood and a lovely finish throughout the shop.

The staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly understanding, even with our two lively boys in tow, which made the whole experience very relaxed and enjoyable.

A truly lovely shop with beautiful pieces, I would happily recommend Neptune to anyone looking for well-made, timeless furniture.

We had a wonderful experience with Neptune designing and installing our new kitchen extension. Aneeta in the Chiswick store was very easy to work with, and her colleague Greg was very responsive in organising the installation. It was a very long project due to the building work associated with it and they were very patient and adapted the designs as we needed. The aftercare post installation was also excellent, with some small issues and damage fixed quickly and fuss-free. We are very happy and would strongly recommend them for anyone looking to do a complex high end kitchen installation.

Gianni was super helpful helping me with the range of dining table options. My attention was drawn to the clever extras that weren’t immediately obvious, like the reference to Battersea Power Station in one of the pieces, which is the one I’ll be ordering now.
