We were warmly greeted by Jenny and she was extremely helpful and knowledgable and the coffee was excellent too !

Eden was very helpful and showed me samples of the wood and fabric that interested me. However one item I wanted to see wasn’t available.
Overall a pleasant visit.

There are 3 heroes in this story that started many months ago when we ordered a new Neptune bed from the store in Chichester , after patiently waiting for the bed to finally be delivered today ….
Step up our two hero’s of the day …Martin and Lee from the Swindon delivery team who arrived as planned , with a second pre call when they were 20 minutes away . They arrived , they assembled , they chatted , they smiled and they took pride in their work and respected our home , thank you both.
Hero number 2 was yesterday at the Chichester store when we visited to look at table lamps , whilst on our way to another store to buy items to dress the bed …in steps Karen who was friendly and welcoming and helping us with lamps…. Somehow we got onto the new bed delivery …..and within a flash she had collected things from around the store and transformed your in store bedroom into what ours could look like…..well , you guessed it we left Neptune’s with all we needed and never went to the other store ….thank you Karen , thanks to your intervention we got what we didn’t want but what we needed ….today the bed has been dressed and in our opinion looks stunning , thank you . It would have been easy to let us go but you didn’t !
Next time we are in we will show you what the finished room looks like

Karen was amazing. From the moment we entered the doors we were warmly welcomed by her and sipped coffee and tea while we shopped. She gave superior attention to us as we gathered our items. After making our initial visit in the morning we returned later in the day and she instantly recognized us and welcomed my wife to Neptune. After making more selections, she and her co workers wrapped and packaged two of our items for shipping back to America where we are from. Thank you Thank You Thank you.

Today we met Gemma and Karen in store who from our arrival made us welcome and gave great advice. We are at the very beginning of our kitchen project and both of them were so supportive and knowledgeable. We were just popping in for ideas, but came away with so much more. At no point did we feel as if we were taking up too much time, and they were both excellent at asking us questions and listening to us in order to help us think things through. Overall, it was just such an exciting and enjoyable experience. Even our dog had a great time and treats!! This sort of customer care doesn’t happen by accident and is very special! We can’t wait to continue our adventure with Neptune now, and all thanks to Karen and Gemma.

Oh, this was very much a 5-star experience. Walking into a Neptune is always a great tonic for the senses (sights, sounds, smells), and although we usually go to Hove as that's where we live, we've been to Chichester a couple of times and happened to be over that way we visited again today.

...and that's where we met Debs! What that lady doesn't know about paint and colour hasn't been invented yet! Passion sells, and she has it by the paint-tin load. Superb customer service in stressful conditions (they'd just had a flood) and a lovely coffee.

Debs deserves a pay-rise and promotion!!

I just think the show room has such a wow factor from the gardens to the bathroom. It's relaxing informal and beautifully designed. Most of all it's suits my taste and love it all! I've already bought Neptune furniture and this time I bought assessories, a lamp and wine glasses.

Great experience with Neptune Chichester from first visit through to post purchase follow up.
Beth is highly personable and went out of her way to understand our requirements and offer much appreciated advice surounding our choice of sofa and paint colours to compliment.
The ambience and location of the showroom is second to non, so all round a very pleasurable experience..

Excellent customer service from the whole team. We've been on a journey with our house move and the team has provided advice and support as our new property requires a totally different design approach to our last one, but also patience and understanding with the many delays we have had.

My first visit to Neptune in Chichester yesterday. A great welcome by Beth, accompanied by a Cappuccino! A beautifully designed layout in a peaceful, countryside location. I shall certainly use their design ideas, along with buying from their wide range of furniture and decorative pieces.

Kate and Gemma in the Chichester branch were so good with their help and advice in ordering pieces of furniture. The store is beautiful and a pleasure to be in but it is the staff that make all the difference to the shopping experience.
