Neptune - Chesham Anmeldelser 

Over the past few months we have been using Neptune (Chesham) to help furnish our new home. We have been very impressed not only with the quality of the items we have ordered, but also by the level of customer service we have received in store by our contact Laura Myatt. Delivery and installation was also first class! Can’t speak highly enough of this store. Well done and thank you for all your help!

I have always yearned for a Neptune kitchen and when we got planning permission to extend our cottage, we went straight to the Chesham showroom.
From start to finish we were looked after so well.
Rebecca really understood our design brief and brought it to life, James (our Project Manager) worked extremely well with our builder Mark and Glenn installed the kitchen seamlessly.
I could go on, suffice to say we are very happy and thrilled with our new kitchen.

Service is always good here.
It was no exception but I felt it had lost a little of its ✨

Neptune Chesham undertook the design and installation of a kitchen, study and utility room and were excellent at every stage. They worked seamlessly with our expert builder/project manager Simon Smith of Plumbsmith, Harpenden. Thanks to Rebecca, Fiona, Missie, James and Anthony at Neptune. Great job all!

I went to the Christmas wreath making at Neptune Chesham and had the best time.

What a wonderful location for the session and we had the best time it was so festive, mince pies & drinks.

The hosts were knowledgeable and provided everything we needed for the session and you are made to feel so welcome.

I can’t wait for the next one.

A great time wreath making and bought a couple of beautiful Christmas decorations. Thank you!

Wreath Making- we had a great morning constructing the wreaths with expert tuition and help if needed. Super quality items to design our individual wreaths with. It would have been nice to have had a voucher incentive to encourage purchase of some baubles or Christmas decorations afterwards either to add to the wreath or simply take home.

Went to a fabulous cookery demonstration this morning by Becky Wilkinson. The whole morning was wonderful- from the genuinely warm welcome from all the Chesham Neptune store staff (as always in this branch) to the delicious food prepared by Becky and shared with us all. Another Neptune triumph. Thank you Chesham Neptune!

My husband and I visited the Chesham branch last Friday. The moment we stepped into the shop, we were welcomed by the delicious aroma, beautiful festival display, and mostly importantly, the very diligent service of the staff. Laura, Missie and Katie have tried back-and-forth to make our complicated order organised in the best way possible. Thank you ladies for making our visit such an enjoyable experience!🌹

The store and staff make shopping and purchasing a lovely experience. It does not matter if you are purchasing something small or large you receive the same level of customer service and attention. Recently purchased from store and home delivery, service and communication spot on. Thank you !

I absolutely love this store. It’s a gorgeous building. It always smells amazing when you walk in and it feels so homely! The furniture is such beautiful quality and the staff are always friendly, helpful and more than happy to help/ answer any questions! Highly recommend!

I recently visited Neptune in Chesham and I was thoroughly impressed by the staff. They were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made all the difference. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere!

Where do I start! The experience I had in store from the moment I walked in to the moment I left was incredible. I ended up purchasing all of my Christmas decorations even though my husband wasn’t too impressed but was impressed about the quality at least! I will definitely be visiting again soon! Thank you so much again to all of the girls in store for making my experience so great
