Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

New Henley Kitchen
If you are looking for a quality kitchen then look no further then Neptune. Our Henley kitchen cabinets look fabulous in our new kitchen and we couldn't be happier.

Great experience
We had a fantastic experience dealing with Lucy at the Bury St Edmunds store. She was incredibly helpful from start to finish; whenever I had a question, she went above and beyond to find the answer. She was also so patient while we took our time deliberating over our order. It felt like a truly personal service. The store itself is very welcoming, especially for parents—offering my bored six-year-old a bottle of water was a small gesture that meant a lot to us. Thank you, Lucy, for all your help!

We went to buy garden furniture
We went to buy garden furniture. We had researched online and thought we knew what we wanted but wanted to see/feel/sit on it first! We actually decided in a different range having seen it in store. Very nice store, staff were really helpful. Good to have a disabled toilet. Unfortunately I’m currently a wheelchair user (temporarily). There are a number of steps in the store, luckily I can manage a few steps but couldn’t go upstairs. This was a shame as we are also looking for a new bed.

She went above and beyond ringing around others stores so that we could view alternative products before making our choice and placing our order. A gorgeous store with helpful staff moving things around the store to help us picture the scene - great coffee too!

Floral display
I was looking for help with a floral display. The lady listened and took in everything i wanted and created the most stunning display. I could never have done that on my own. All of the staff are always really happy and helpful and make it a pleasure to visit.

Delivery of furniture
Andre and Liam were very polite and respectful of our home when they delivered our furniture. They put the pieces where we wanted them and Liam noticed there was a chip out of a shelf, he took a photograph and reassured us that he would report this and get a new one out to us. We're really pleased with how efficient they were and how lovely it all looks.

Excellent service from beginning to end
From beginning to end, starting with the advice from the sales team in the Bury St Edmunds showroom and continuing with the delivery and assembly of two wardrobes, was courteous, professional and efficient.
We were very impressed by Shane and Joe, who managed to get large items up a difficult staircase, worked well as a team and did their job effortlessly, with good humour and gave us helpful advice.
