Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

Disappointed customer
The order was not delivered in the month agreed and I got no apology for it. I gave a telephone number to be contacted for the delivery and despite this was contacted repeatedly on my number during interviews- shoddy service

Super experience from beginning to end of my purchase of two side tables and coffee table from Neptune. Staff at the Belfast Neptune were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Delivery was in a timely manner and again friendly and professional staff. I will almost certainly purchase again from Neptune. Excellent quality.

Lovely garden sofa
I really love the outdoor sofa. Great quality, very comfortable and looks lovely. Excellent customer service from Neptune in store and online and delivery service also very good.

Harrington garden chairs - superb.
Delighted with my garden chairs. The delivery guys were great, unpacking everything and taking away the boxes. Initially the Belfast showroom didn’t have any garden furniture to view so I was glad to have excellent help from Neptune Chiswick on a recent London visit. All in all terrific service Neptune - thank you.

The perfect kitchen island stools!
I had checked the kitchen stools online and upon visiting the store realised that the stools were just what we were looking for. Good customer service and communication. The stools are perfect!

Bad quality products
The staff at the Belfast store were very pleasant, but having spent a lot of money on a new suite of furniture which frayed in one arm after less than 2 years, we raised this to the shop staff who were accommodating but head office refused to take any responsibility for the sofa and has recommended to take the sofa to a 3rd party to fix. Not a great way to retain customers for poor build / design of product.

A trip to Neptune Belfast is a lovely experience.
The staff in Neptune are always helpful and have good knowledge of the product.
I love Neptune furniture, bedding, paint and ornaments. Tableware is also beautiful and unique! I get great ideas from the layout of the shop as to how I can style my home.
I look forward to seeing new arrangements and designs in 2025. Thank you Neptune Belfast.
