Neo Walk is a bold, design-led brand redefining disability and showing the world what it truly means to walk with style, strength, and confidence. Founded by disabled creator Lyndsay Mitcheson, Neo Walk was born from a powerful desire to transform mobility aids into tools of empowerment and self-expression. After losing her leg to a catastrophic MRSA infection, Lyndsay faced the physical and emotional challenges of adjusting to a new body—along with a devastating loss of confidence. That struggle was only made harder by the limited, uninspiring options in the mobility aid industry. Unable to find a walking stick that reflected her personality or style, she set out to change the game... not just for herself, but for others too. Today Neo Walk creates striking, handcrafted acrylic walking sticks that help people embrace their mobility with pride. Built on the belief that mobility aids should be as unique and expressive as the people who use them, Neo Walk blends fashion with function, transforming walking sticks from purely practical items into powerful personal statements. Every stick is made in the UK with durability, comfort, and undeniable style in mind. They are now shipped worldwide, so no matter where you are, you can walk tall with Neo Walk. With a strong commitment to inclusivity, innovation, and representation, Neo Walk is changing the way the world sees disability.

Great product and far too expensive
Great product and far too expensive. Also they don't listen to their Customer base when this is mentioned. Another thing that really gets me, is that they give 'influencers' 3 free sticks, which just rubs our noses in it. NOT impressed

Thank you so much for taking the time to send your review, we're so glad you love the products and we are sorry that you find them too expensive. I know the team have responded to your emails and have explained the need for the recent price increase, we also do a stick of the month every month in order to offer a different stick at a lower price for those who are unable to purchase at full price, we also have a great group on Facebook called Neo Walk Marketplace where people sell second hand ones - we hope these options help! Also just a note that influencers who are gifted sticks choose to have sticks as payment over being paid money, I hope you can understand that that is their job and so they should be paid for their work just as with any other job. 💖

A responsive company which always puts the customer first. My delivery tracking info was not working and I kept receiving spurious messages that made little sense. Neo-walk helped me with this and, although a little late, my stick arrived safely. Plus, my new stick (Midnight Skye) is awesome.

My third one!!!
My third one. I love the clear, I have a pink one and my newest is all white with pink stopper ! I get followed/asked all over the world, with people wondering where I got my sticks. I’m 58 and I could not bear to use those orthopaedic looking ones. They are so resilient and gorgeous!!

Stick arrived super fast.
Stick arrived super fast and I've had lovely comments about it from folks out and about and even from customers at work.
Figured that after developing joint pain and needing to use a stick to support myself, that if I was gonna hobble around, id hobble around in style. Saw Neo-Walk's stuff, and decided to order one.
The order was placed about 7pm on Wednesday the 19th of November. It arrived at my home before midday on Friday the 21st of November, just in time to take it to a gig that my partner and I were going to. It passed its first trip out with flying colours.
Able to take my weight while walking and standing still, it looks fantastic and its incredibly comfortable. For reference, I got the question mark handle with a rubber grip, and from picking it up each morning to putting it down in the evenings, I've not once felt hand pain caused by this stick.
If you're in need of a walking stick, I highly recommend Neo Walk

Great stick bad stopper
I love my recent purchase however the end cap (rubber stopper) keeps on coming off and I if it wasn’t for others telling me it would off been lost and I could off damaged the stick.
I did contact the CS team who were extremely apologetic and said that a replacement would be sent.
That was a while ago now (Friday 28th Nov) and I haven’t had any updates on it being sent.

#StrokeChic
Also EDITED TO ADD:
All us well in the land of #StrokeChic - strap arrived late night (across the pond, no less!)
------------
EDITED TO ADD (Dec 4, original order = Nov 15), review currently 'in process' - changed from 1 star to 3, as I have finally seen a glimmer of hope - will happily increase the number of stars once I actually receive product!!!
--------
I haven't received it, sent customer service an email in regard to that (trying to at least receive it before I review it....), and received this response: (quote) "Thank you so much for your email.
I am so happy to hear that and hope you love your order!
Warmest wishes

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your review. We are incredibly sorry about our misunderstanding here, it seems the person who replied misread your email and thought your parcel had arrived as the tracking said in the country and as there were some lovely comments about our customer service they thought it was an email to say thank you. I believe they have come back to you in order to resolve the fact that it has not arrived and they will get this sorted ASAP and again so so sorry for the confusion on our end. Thank you
Faultless from start to finish
The hardest part is choosing as all the sticks are fantastic. Delivery was fast and tracking was reliable. I love my new sticks (I couldn’t choose just one) and can’t wait to add to my collection!
