Neo Walk is a bold, design-led brand redefining disability and showing the world what it truly means to walk with style, strength, and confidence. Founded by disabled creator Lyndsay Mitcheson, Neo Walk was born from a powerful desire to transform mobility aids into tools of empowerment and self-expression. After losing her leg to a catastrophic MRSA infection, Lyndsay faced the physical and emotional challenges of adjusting to a new body—along with a devastating loss of confidence. That struggle was only made harder by the limited, uninspiring options in the mobility aid industry. Unable to find a walking stick that reflected her personality or style, she set out to change the game... not just for herself, but for others too. Today Neo Walk creates striking, handcrafted acrylic walking sticks that help people embrace their mobility with pride. Built on the belief that mobility aids should be as unique and expressive as the people who use them, Neo Walk blends fashion with function, transforming walking sticks from purely practical items into powerful personal statements. Every stick is made in the UK with durability, comfort, and undeniable style in mind. They are now shipped worldwide, so no matter where you are, you can walk tall with Neo Walk. With a strong commitment to inclusivity, innovation, and representation, Neo Walk is changing the way the world sees disability.

Voucher not delivered to intended…
Voucher not delivered to intended recipient as Xmas present as your system cocked up email address.
After complaint email sent to you stating AGAIN CLEARLY RECIPIENT EMAIL ADDRESS - voucher still sent incorrectly to ME instead! :(.
Hopeless/shambolic - would never use again.
I am expecting (another) apology and explanation how this could go wrong TWICE!

We are so sorry to hear there was difficulty with recieving your voucher. I can see the team have come back and have tried to re send the voucher on the 30th, I can't see another email from you saying that it still had not worked so I am terribly sorry that this has happened. If you could please send us an email to let us know if you recieved it and that it has still gone to your email by mistake and the team will help with this. We will also be looking into what went wrong on the website as it should all be automated. So sorry again for this frustration and dissapointment we really don't expect this.
Quick service, amazing product.

Neo-Walk changed my life.
The Nebula is absolutely beautiful and it arrived quickly. The measurements were spot on and it's lovely and comfortable to walk with.
I also own the Moulin Rouge, which is equally as stunning.
I had put off walking with a stick for far longer than I should have because of feeling so self-conscious, but Neo-Walk and their fantastic collection has made me feel much more confident and I see my stick as an accessory now, rather than something to feel embarrassed about!

I love my new stick
I love my new stick. It is as awesome as I always thought it would be. And the customer service is amazing. My original ferrule was loose, and they sent me a replacement the next day even though it was days before Christmas. Can’t say enough about how great the experience has been.

Perfect quality and stunning designs! ❤️
I got my 3rd stick with neowalk and I'm absolutely in love with them! I got the stick of the month- the Once upon a time which is gorgeous and very sturdy with a T-Handle and an extender for when I wear different shoes 😍 I got a mystery stick which wasn't quite my style so sold it and got another new one secondhand. And I have the Moulin Rouge- my personal favourite with the snoopy handle which is just beautiful and suits me well 🥰. Neowalk has such wonderful quality and stunning designs ❤️

Great quality well packaged arrives on time
I love this company for their products but also for their genuine wish to make are lives better by the product that they sell, the disabled community gets overlooked quite often in life and by the General public as a whole but this company does not do that at all. The quality of their products is testament to just how much they care about us, I love all of the canes that I have purchased and the accessories as well, they always packaged them well always arrive on time never damaged you can tell that they care by the way they package your orders up, l love the variety of colours and a different shape handles that you can pick your cane and the fact that you can make it lighter up as well. It’s just the icing on the cake. Highly recommend this company 10/10 🧑🍳 💋

Great product and far too expensive
Great product and far too expensive. Also they don't listen to their Customer base when this is mentioned. Another thing that really gets me, is that they give 'influencers' 3 free sticks, which just rubs our noses in it. NOT impressed

Thank you so much for taking the time to send your review, we're so glad you love the products and we are sorry that you find them too expensive. I know the team have responded to your emails and have explained the need for the recent price increase, we also do a stick of the month every month in order to offer a different stick at a lower price for those who are unable to purchase at full price, we also have a great group on Facebook called Neo Walk Marketplace where people sell second hand ones - we hope these options help! Also just a note that influencers who are gifted sticks choose to have sticks as payment over being paid money, I hope you can understand that that is their job and so they should be paid for their work just as with any other job. 💖
