Food as good as ever, all still frozen now the weather isn’t partly melting it en route as in very hot weather!
Only quibble is there was no time a slot notification from DHL, only the day and “ before 5pm! “. It did arrive before lunchtime in fact, so didn’t have to stay in all day after all!

Delivery was later than the stated time and the dry ice had melted down some of the raw meat had defrosted.

Reliable delivery and quality
Delivery was on time, with updates as to when it would arrive which were very helpful. The order was well packaged and as expected. I love that I don't have to drive to our nearest supplier any more but can have the food delivered straight to me which is really convenient. My dog loves the raw nuggets and I know she's getting nutritious meals of good quality so we're both happy.

Food isn’t consistent and not as good as they used to be. Sometimes really smelly and my dog wouldn’t eat it! Foxes were happy though! Deliveries terrible and sometimes the food didn’t arrive. Albeit the company did refund and credit some money onto my account as an apology but it was the food I needed. Now order from Paleo Ridge and the food is good! My dog eats it every time unlike natures menu raw food

I've used nature's menu for a long time…
I've used nature's menu for a long time now, probably around 20 years. It's what I've raised my puppies on, and kept my adult dogs on. I'm not sure whether the recipe has changed recently as the dogs aren't eating it the way they once did. I recently got a puppy, who came eating a raw brand, and have switched her to NM (from breeders previous brand)
