Terrible customer service and sub standard dog bed advertised as suitable for dogs with joint problems and anxiety.
I paid £78 for one of the donut beds about 6 mths ago,(according to the website, supposedly reduced from £198)stupidly I thought that I was buying a quality product that would last a lot longer than the six months that ive had it. Ive had much cheaper beds last for years. I wish I'd looked at these reviews first.
Advertised as washable the cover began losing the grip beads on the bottom of the bed, making it very slippery and dangerous for a dog with joint problems. Then the stuffing in the very slippery removable round cushion began clumping badly, so much so that my poor dog cant sleep on it as its so uncomfortable. Richard, the customer service adviser that replied to my emails suggested I had "used it improperly" and also suggested that the beaded grip base shouldn't be washed??? Huh!!! Its advertised as washable and is part of the outer cover so cannot be seperated. I suggested he familiarise himself with his products before giving advice!
So, if you buy one of these expensive beds, beware...you cannot wash the removable cover as the beads will come off. The cushion ( removed for washing) will clump and be very uncomfortable and lumpy for any dog. AND... this company just dont care. Im only glad I didnt pay the full (probably fabricated) price.

I purchased two XL beds as a back up for the two I had. I looked at lots of companies on the day, they were all about the same price. Not sure how it happened but I ordered from this company. I was expecting them last Friday so checked on trust pilot. I, in line with other people, thought heck no! I’ve managed to buy from another dodgy Chinese site, I could’ve cried, I’ve only just done this with another company that I’ve reported to my bank. Surprisingly they’ve arrived today, they’re ok, not the same quality as the ones I’ve had previously. I don’t think they’ll survive too many washing machine trips.

My item never arrived and they gave the “proof of delivery” as a photo of a package in a black bin which wasn’t my flat obviously. Told me to take it up with Evri (who then told me to deal with calming dog beds) and calming dog beds ignored my emails after that and won’t help. Horrible company.

Oh dear how I , like others wish I had read trust pilot first . I ordered this bed weeks ago, still not arrived ! My poor 14 year old dog still awaits his comfy bed. Wish I had gone to a reputable pet store instead . Lesson learnt , check trust pilot first, always .

I so wish I’d researched more ahead of buying! I intend to return the item as it is nothing like it was described and I feel scammed as it’s not the first time I’ve fallen for a cheap Chinese import. I’m furious more at myself than the company, but will chase a return of every penny I can. AND if I can prevent anyone else from purchasing then I’ll be happy to take the hit. I will be putting the same message on any advertising I see…..

I should have trusted my initial suspicions over this website. I failed to read Trustpilot reviews and just looked at the ones on the “company’s” website.
The dog beds are rubbish, cheaply made and nothing like the photos on the website. It comes packed in a small box and when opened it failed to look anything like the plump, comfy one I was expecting. The sausage shape that is supposed to pad out the outer circle was inadequately filled with flimsy wadding contained within a slippery nylon casing. When my dog tried it out her chin ended up on the floor as it collapsed.
I had many email “conversations” with “Richard”, (he’s AI I’m sure) complaining and eventually was refunded but not the £8+ it cost to send it back.

Bought four. Sadly. Absolute rubbish. Bought the real thing before. This was not it.

Zip broke in a few weeks and they refused to replace

Dog bed looked liked the comfiest dog bed online. When it arrived in a scrunched up plastic bag, I was hopeful it would expand.

Sadly, it was the saddest dog bed I'd ever bought.

Avoid this company at all costs. The products are not shipped from the UK and the telephone number is a recorded message. I have yet to receive my product despite sending multiple emails to Ricard.

Scammers - I am yet another reviewer who should have check on here before purchasing. The beds are really low quality and useless. On top of that, Richard is refusing to give me a refund because I didn’t give him a Royal Mail tracking number for my return. Absolute crook!

Why oh why did I not check reviews before I purchased.
The quality is so poor, it is not worth a portion of the cost. It is not the size ordered ether as it doesn’t settle into a circle and only measures the ‘diameter’ on one part of the ‘circle’ (not how we measured circles when I went to school, then I am quite old!). The colour was also not Khaki, more a light fawn.
The customer service is also not very helpful, to return is a not so deal for them. They offer a 30% refund as an alternative to returning, this item is still not worth the cost, cheaper elsewhere!

I was so excited to receive my dog's new donut bed with a removable cover. I unwrapped it and it's like a donut that has been run over, it is flat, flat, flat , not supportive, the walls are floppy, you can feel the floor through it, absolutely nothing like the photos they show of their plush dog beds, I would not recommend nor will I be buying again, don't waste your money
Update - 1/8/25 - After a lot of discussion with the company, we have agreed that exact padding would be used; however, I am still waiting for it to be delivered, which is now day 8.
On checking the tracking today, I noticed that the padding is coming from CHINA - so calming beds UK isn't manufacturing in Britain as they would suggest, but using Chinese products, so it should be called calming beds CH.
Really DO NOT BUY!!!

Great bed for my 2 medium sized dogs. Hasn’t lasted that well few a few washes but they were comfy while it lasted

I can't get my head around these 5* reviews at all, my bed arrived and to be honest I could have thrown it straight in the bin!
The cushion was lumpy and half filled with bits of fluff, the bolster sides did not meet, the quality was awful, this bed is nothing like this company advertises so BEWARE.
I cannot believe the outstanding reviews at all. I was so angry I contacted them immediately but I must say the customer service was quick to answer, I stated quite clearly it was rubbish, not worth the money and it was shocking for the price I paid and I wanted to return for a full refund.
By day 8 of going back and forth they offered to send a new cushion, no chance and again asked for refund.
So I contacted paypal and raised a case and got my full refund next day. And the bed, they said I could keep it, no thanks its not fit for purpose.

I order a bed end of January early February. I paid for tracking and all delivery options they offered .
I still to this day do not have the bed .
March 24th 2025 .
I have been calm in communication ,they lost the bed in delivery first .
I then had to wait supposedly for it to be returned!! (Lost bed ) I requested constantly for a refund ,which I did not get .
They then sent me a new one SUPPOSEDLY,I was sent an image of a door after stating it’s delivered Not my house ! I then asked for the image which is always taken ,then sent an image of my front door which is clearly very different
It has now been two months of waiting and asking for money back… nothing just an email looking into it
still as constantly requested asked for a refund . I advised when first no arrival of bed emailed advising that I was brining my dog back from overseas and needed a bed for arrival .
They then emailed me they were looking into the delivery and door image that I sent ( an image of mine ,clearly not the same .)
They then have told me to knock on neighbours doors in my postcode !
I asked again for a refund as clearly it’s a problem on there end from day one .
They have now blocked my email and not responding . Do not use this company there are many out there with the same pricing they are extremely bad

I’m not convinced this is a genuine company. I think it’s an AI-generated website. The text has a very odd style and is full of entirely unsubstantiated claims. ‘Official anti-anxiety bed’ – how is it official? The ‘blog’ page headlines several ‘best bed’ claims but without a single source. The ‘reviews’ are all 5-star, every single one, and the list of reviews is endless; no matter how far I scrolled down and how many times I clicked ‘load more’, they never end. Yet, in lists of recommended beds that I’ve read on reputable websites, this company’s beds never ever get a mention. At first glance this seems an appealingly clear site advertising an apparently good product, and I was considering placing an order. I’m glad I didn’t. Sadly it’s becoming essential to be very wary of any website and I’m afraid this is, as others have said, not a genuine company.

Do not use this company. Alarm bells were raised about this company when the bed was very delayed without apology. When it arrived, it had no information (receipt) or labels. The fabric quality is cheap. The info on the website says beds are only washable if you remove the cover but our bed doesn't have a zip! When I emailed to complain the reply was poorly written, with no apology and I was told it was too late for a refund or new bed. I've replied to argue my case but my email has gone unanswered.

Received a faulty bed. The zip was fused and I couldn’t remove the padding to wash, 3 weeks after receiving it. Company have refused to let me return, despite several emails and me telling them that they are breaching the Consumer rights act. They really don’t give a s**t. The padding is also really lumpy. I should have read the trust pilot reviews and not the ones on their website (they have obviously filtered out the bad ones).

LOVE the bed, so much that I’m buying a second. Soft and cushiony (unlike the copies) great product.
