I needed to expedite my Visa application. I lodged my E-Visa application through the official channels on Sunday at 1pm. I then contacted myvietnamvisa. I received my E-Visa on Monday at 6pm. I'm sure it would have been even quicker, however, I botched some details and they handled the amendment for me as well. They kept me informed throughout the process. Seriously helpful and professional. Super impressed.

The real deal! Got a phone call that a family member was on life support in Hanoi. Family knew I had been to Vietnam recently and was the best bet to be able to navigate the local intricacies. My big fear was the visa! The Australian Vietnamese Embassy phone number just rang out, so I let it ride on reviews about which agency to gamble my rushed visa on. The processing time was really fast. Even if it was made last minute

There was a quick responds and clear communication on our visa progress. The process for approval was exactly 3 days, which is what we paid for.

While checking my daughter’s eVisa at the boarding gate, an airline agent spotted a typo on the document. It was very likely she would be denied entry into Vietnam. We were just about to board the second leg of our journey, a 10 hour flight to Tokyo, and had only about 10 hours to somehow get a new visa issued.

We contacted My Vietnam Visa immediately. Even though it was the middle of the night for their team, someone responded right away. They were ready to act the moment the Vietnam Immigration Office opened and initially estimated the new visa would be ready around 2:00 PM.

To our surprise, we received the corrected eVisa while we were still in the air at 11:30 AM Hanoi time.

They truly saved our trip. I can’t thank the team enough for their incredible responsiveness, professionalism, and dedication. If you need a Vietnam visa, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Thank youuuuu so much! We have applied our own eVisa via the official Vietnam government portal but noticed the eVisa is still under processing on the 3rd business day after submitting the eVisa. As our flight is afternoon the next day, we didn't want to risk not having our eVisa ready since we also have to register for a digital arrival card, hence we found MyVietnamVisa to use their Expedited eVisa process.

The booking process was really fuss-free! Just have to provide accurate details as per submitted earlier and provide the eVisa application ID to them. Furthermore their charges are the more affordable ones at $89 as compared to other platforms that we have found which all easily go above $100++. The best part throughout the process was the customer service/sales team were really fast to respond, and they promised to submit our documents on the same day 4-8 working hours as we have paid for, and they overdelivered it within less than 4 hours! We managed to receive it on the same day as we have paid for.

Amazing company. We had no idea that we needed a visa to Vietnam until we tried to check in 24hrs prior to the flight. They had a visa to us within 12 hrs!! This is a legit company and well worth the fee. I know it sounds kinda strange that a private company is able to do this, but don't second guess them. Very responsive via email. Holding your hand through the whole process!
