I am super confused
I am super confused. My time rewards have charged my debit card but I know I don't have a subscription with them. When you click on the first page they ask for your log in details. It keeps telling me that my details are incorrect so I basically don't exist, I don't have an account with them. I have checked all four of my email accounts and searched for any messages from my time rewards. I have checked my inbox spam and junk folders but have found absolutely nothing. Surely when you sign up with a website or start a subscription you will get an email confirming this. There is absolutely no record whatsoever of me signing up with my time rewards. I already have an account with a fantastic cash back website/account so I know for a fact I wouldn't bother making another.
I have sent my time rewards an email to see why they have charged my card when I don't have an account with them. Unfortunately they are saying it will take 7 working days to get a response.
I'm just really glad I noticed this payment early on and haven't been paying this charge every month like some poor people have!
I think that My Time Rewards need to make all of the information and terms and conditions very clear so that no more people are charged every month without knowing!!
But I do know for an absolute fact that I did not sign up for a subscription with them so I demand to know how they got my debit card details!!
I genuinely don't think I will be refunded for the money they took from my bank account without permission, but at least I will be able to tell them to stop taking money without my permission.
They just seem like a very sneaky dishonest company because it looked old like hundreds of people have been charged again and again.
Overall, if you are thinking of making a cash back account I most definitely would not recommend My Time Rewards!!

I don't remember ever signing up for Mytimerewards subscription and they have been taking a monthly subscription fee from my account. My bank just called and asked me to verify that this was a legitimate transaction and I had to tell my bank that I had not bought a subscription for 18pounds sterling a month from this company. I've been looking for a way to cancel this subscription and now my bank has finally cancelled it for me. I am now in the process of trying to get my money back from them. I have had absolutely no benefits from this subscription. It appears to me to be a fraud.

Untrustworthy - Allergic to Paying Out
I signed up for a trial recently, made 2 purchases which were qualified, validated and even marked as 'sent' on their system.
A few days later (and with no reward payment received) I recieved a mail saying there was suspicious behaviour on my account and they required a long list of info (bank statements / ID / utility bill) to verify me.
As I was in the trial period and have very little faith in this company or their legitimacy, I decided not to bother and end my trial. They didn't respond to my last email from several days ago and are clearly very keen to take your money as a membership fee, but not so keen to pay out or to offer good customer service.

If you follow the rules, you will be good
If you follow the rules and read the headlights you can save a lot, especially if you are travelling and buying tickets for fligh, attraction or hotels, you paying monthly subsricption but after the first 1 cashback reported in the month, you get it back. Reccomend but you need to play by the rules again. Fast cashback is usually less than a month, usually a week or two.

I've been scammed by yet another scam site, before that I was on Weezchat... It seems
they're working with banks and withdrawing money from a customer's account regardless of whether they're registered on the site. This is the second time I've encountered such brazen behavior.

Only bookings for the account holder are eligible for rewards
It's worth noting that bookings for family members, even spouse and children do not qualify under the welcome or monthly reward claims, unless the account holder is also part of the booking. This means that ongoing subscription is not going to make sense for me as some of the other benefits are available through cashback/referral websites.
