Somehow this company obtained my credit card details and signed me up for their £18 / month service. I have advised them I won’t be honouring this, to cancel and advised my CC company to not pay any charges. Beware.

Good savings, dreadful customer service
The savings are good, however be aware that not all big retailers that are available to others will be available to you.
The Customer Service is extremely poor, so bad in fact I have just given up and will soon be deactivating my account.
Several businesses that I would love to purchase from just simply don't show up for me, I have tried different ways to rectify the issue and reached out to customer service twice and just recieve repetitive, unhelpful messages where it is clear they either don't know how to help me, or don't want to help me- which is a big shame.
Had customer service been able to help me this would have been a 5* review.

Poor service and unexplained negative balance.
Having been a (relatively) happy user for over 4 years, the recent service I have received over an issue has been unsatisfactory.
At the beginning of March, I found that £40 had been taken from my account leaving me with a negative balance of -£40. There was no indication of why this was the case, with the cancelled cash backs listed going back over 3 years and none were from the last 4 months. Many of my past Hotels.com orders were suddenly cancelled, even though this was incorrect and I could prove that these stays occurred through receipts I had.
When I email to query this, I just get the same email asking for proof, and when I send these confirmations and receipts, I get the same email again asking for the same proof.
I find this very poor service. Not only is there no indication of what the negative balance on my account is due to, I have also found out that orders that I made and completed have been cancelled without my knowledge, and the email responses I have been receiving are wholly inadequate.
It seems like the whole system is designed to be as opaque as possible and to catch you out.

Complete nuisance
For the past three months, around 90% of my purchases have not been registered. I follow all the guidance, click through their links, and complete my purchases exactly as instructed. Despite raising complaints every month, my transactions continue to be ignored.
Keeping track of all this is exhausting. After complaining last month, 100% of my eBay and Trainline purchases were still missed. At this point, the service simply isn’t worth the effort.
I’m leaving and won’t be coming back.
Update:
I forwarded all the transactions to complete savings and they have ignored my emails for 5 days.
I contacted customer support as well, also ignored.
