Very poor process and customer support.

I signed up and completed the entire automated onboarding process. Afterwards, they repeatedly requested additional company documents and information, while I had also already ordered the POS.

When it became clear that the verification process was effectively stuck, they started requesting highly specific documentation and ultimately indicated that my software company was not eligible for their smart-home category — despite the fact that our business develops software for smart-home and access-control systems.

At that point, I refused the package and requested both a refund and the removal of my account.

It has now been weeks with no refund, no account removal, and no response despite multiple emails.

The onboarding process is unnecessarily complicated, and the lack of customer support afterwards is extremely disappointing.

I would strongly recommend staying away unless you're prepared to deal with a very frustrating verification and support process.

I was promised by myPOS agent that I would be in great profit due to there very cheap rates on card machine! BUT I would like to make a very clear to new customer who is trying to go with This MyPOS card machine they are big SCAMMERS AND THEY CUSTOMERS SERVICE ARE MORE THAN U ACCEPT THAT YOU CAN WIN YOUR COMPLAINT AGAINST WRONG CHARGES? HIGHER THAN WHAT YOU PROMISED BY Myposs ? If you don’t keep eyes on your Transactions or settlement charges and if you don’t calculate means you are Paying DOUBLE OR TRIPLE times than other cards providers I’m really putting this words because what I felt HELPLESS BY mypos customers service as well as INDEPENDENT AGENTS who will try to promise big things talk like a honey and butter soon as you signed up 3 months agreement then they will show up there real face and rude talk towards you so please be NOT TO GO AHEAD 🙏 it’s my humble request

Really bad company to go with as an business was trying to have partnership and filled the form and got email form there colleague Saurabh Chawande and called him and he messaged me twice will call after 4-5 calls will call tomorrow and never got call from him and when i called customer service it was AI taking calls and no good response as said they will get in touch. So there is no real customer service its just they are making market will fool people like i mentioned the name. Better to tie up with companies which give quick answer and real time customer service. I can also show proof of whatsapp message as well as its not fake review with there company logo and the person as well.

No support - totally different device's functions from what they promised.
Also, they were responsive and followed back only when they tried to make the deal for my purchase.

I WISH THERE WAS AN OPTION OF ZERO STAR...ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES I HAVE COME ACROSS THEY SIGNED ME UP 5 TO 6 WEEKS EVERYTHING IS FINE THEN ONE MORNING I AM UNABLE TO TAKE PAYMENTS NO MESSAGE, NO EMAIL NO WARNING AT ALL CALLED THEM AFTER 45 MINUTES ON CALL WAITING GOT THROUGH TO A LIVE PERSON WHO JUST TOLD ME THAT THERES A RESTRICTION ON MY MACHINE BUT WAS UNABLE TO GIVE ME A REASON. I WAS TOLD TO WAIT FOR AN EMAIL AS THEY MIGHT BE REVIEWING MY ACCOUNT I GOT AN EMAIL IN THE AFTERNOON TELLING ME THAT THEY ARE TERMINATING MY CONTRACT AS AFTER A CAREFUL REVIEW 'THE INTERNAL TEAM' HAS DECIDED TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT BUT NO REASON WAS GIVEN . THEY DECIDED TO HOLD MY FUNDS FOR THREE MONTHS AGAIN NO REASON WAS GIVEN FOR THAT TOO. AS ANYBODY CAN IMAGINE AS A SMALL BUSINESS ANY AMOUNT IS IMPORTANT TO RUN YOUR DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS THE HELD ABOUT £783 WITHOUT GIVING ANY REASON TRIED CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE AGAIN ASKING TO RELEASE FUNDS AS HAD TO PAY STAFF AND SUPPLIERS BUT WAS NO HELP. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THREE MONTHS FOR THE MONEY TO COME BACK I WILL STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL AND CAUSED ME UNWANTED STRESS.

Terrible business to deal with, no info, no feedback, just take your money.
Bought a card reader, applied for an account and was rejected with no reason. Applied to NatWest TYL and accepted in 1hr.
I have now been trying to return the reader and get a refund for 2 months.
19/08/2026 - still no payment and the only comms is to ask for more evidence of the purchase... really poor service.

Fate molta attenzione.

L'assistenza è in Bulgaria e non sanno dare le informazioni adeguate .
Mi hanno bloccato circa 7000 euro per 20 giorni e 2000 per 100 giorni .
Meditate bene prima di affidarvi a costoro.

Holding my funds for no reason. I am cancelling my direct debit and keeping the machine. Luckily they only owe me £91 so I found out they are scammers in time.

Ne pas utiliser. Suite à notre commande notre compte a buggé dans le processus de vérification pendant 10 jours sans possibilité d'encaissement. Nous avons du migré chez une alternative (Sumup) où tout c'est bien passé.

Avoid this company at all costs.

My experience with myPOS has been nothing short of a complete failure. For over 8 weeks, I have been dealing with a finance application that has been plagued by system errors, delays, and total incompetence. Despite constant chasing, I received nothing but automated responses, empty apologies, and zero real action.

The situation was made even worse by a staff member named Dennis, who showed a shocking level of unprofessionalism. While I was still speaking and trying to explain my issue, he simply hung up on me without warning. This is completely unacceptable behaviour and shows a total lack of respect for customers.

Instead of taking responsibility, the company hides behind excuses and shifts blame onto third parties, avoiding accountability for their own failures. There has been no transparency, no ownership, and no proper attempt to resolve the issue.

This is not how a financial services provider should operate. The level of service I have received is disgraceful and has caused unnecessary stress and disruption to my business.

I would strongly recommend staying away from this company unless you are prepared to deal with delays, poor service, and complete frustration.

Just got new machine from Mypos. Our local rep Paul C came in and booked appointment. We had never heard of Mypos but Paul ran through everything and it sounded good. He came back and set up machine so far so good.

I am a restaurant owner. I was client from 2018. I expand my business, continue with this company i bought terminals from one off pay 199.50 its known as mypos carbon.
Then sheldon was the account manager he told me new card termonal for my new company. Again i go with them, may be the agents get commission, any way i bought new terminal for my company, now i expand my business in otger place and register with my pos and try to my 1st carbon terminal to assign or activate but tgey are not interested. This is my dead money.Mr jonas new agent trying to give me 13 poubds a month and give to me again new card terminal, i dont want that. I like to assign or activate my old card mechiene to new company. They are ont interested 15 days i am behjnd this every day call this issue. No one interest to do that. She told please send an email to Help uk
It ridiculous experience for me. I am cancelling my other 2 restaurant account also from this company. Dont use them this is my experience.

Horrible company — avoid at all costs. Use another processor such as Worldpay.

They have no internal communication and are extremely difficult to deal with. When I tried to close my account, I received three different and conflicting responses from three different employees.

I was initially told there was nothing to pay. After the account was closed, they charged me £250. I paid it, and they are now attempting to charge me a further £250 again.

It has been over three weeks with no response from them. I have had to repeatedly chase the issue, and even then they are very hard to get hold of.

Avoid at all costs.
