I called because I was having slow response time from several web sites. Your technician did an excellent job walking me through the process he would use to improve the response time. He cleaned the PC, changed several settings and this improved my PC function. I am very satisfied with his work.

I found the person answering the phone to be helpful with asking questions to determine my computer problem and forwarding me to a technician.
The technician worked with me in a patient and helpful way. He gave me suggestions as how to proceed with my computer problem.

My Phone Support has worked with me for the past several years-at least 5. Honestly, I couldn't be more pleased. They ALWAYS get the issue resolved and I am amazed how nice it is to have them remotely access my computers and resolve my problems, day or night.
