The first thing that strikes me about Magica is the convenience of having one service that handles just about everything instead of multiple accounts. Beyond that, though, is how well the tasks are done and how easy it is to get results -- just write what you want and Magica takes care of the details of getting it done. 15M credits each month is way more than enough for a hobbyist like me. I'm coming up to my first annual renewal next month after buying a one-month try-out subscription first, so I've been using Magica for a year now and it's been great.

I just love everything! Videos and images! Everything always comes out how it want it to, facial features etc… clear and crisp too! Just wish I’d get more credits for videos

Magica has quietly become one of the most cost-effective tools in my workflow because it replaces several separate subscriptions I used to pay for individually. I rely on it for professional documents, business planning materials, and marketing graphics, all from the same credit balance. The turnaround is fast, the formatting is clean, and I rarely need more than one or two passes to get something usable. For anyone juggling both a full-time job and a side business, it's a genuinely practical time and money saver.

I purchased a $99 annual Galaxy.ai subscription in September 2025. When another $99 charge appeared a year later under the name Magica, I didn’t recognize it or realize Galaxy.ai had changed names.

I contacted support as soon as I understood what the charge was and asked for a refund. I also asked for a copy of any reminder sent before the renewal, including when and where it was sent. Support repeatedly pointed to its no-refund policy but never answered that question. Its final response said no further action would be taken.

I did use the service during the year I originally paid for. My complaint is about how the next year’s charge was handled and the lack of a clear answer about the renewal notice. Check your renewal date and cancellation settings carefully.

Support kind of dismissed me...which should send up a lot of red flags.

Company never sent notice of a autorenew. On 9/24 I got an email that had both an invoice and receipt showing autorenew on the next day- the 25th. I immediately logged in and canceled on the night of the 24th but they said my yearly subscription had already gone through and so subscription would end on 9/25/27 although I clearly canceled on 24th. Same canned response came back to all three of my emails to them. If you sign up, immediately cancel so you will not autorenew at end of term at least.

Been a subscriber for eight months. The ability to access multiple LLM's as well as a myriad of AI Generative tools makes it one of best deals out there. However, the company may change the original offer you signed up for and remove tools without warning (-1 Star for this). Also the Magica AI Agent does a decent job at coding. I already created a Website, and Budgeting App -things I used to pay others a lot for. But their Agent is the only one available and it can eat up millions of credits if you're not careful.

I purchased Galaxy.AI and it was working okay for a new platform. What made it really attractive was the fact that you could select any LLM model. Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, etc. that's what sold me on it.

They started making a lot of improvements and got better. To the point that they started offering users a "Lifetime Deal." I considered purchasing the deal as the platform was decent.

Then came the switch; they changed from Galaxy to Magica and it has been getting worse. If you see a lot of good reviews, it’s because they are "paying" users to leave a review.

Small tasks that never complete yet they take credits, or small tasks that utilize millions of credits. Overall, it is not what it used to be, and support can take a long time.

I’m glad I did not purchase the lifetime deal and can move on to using something else.

Magica has become one of my strongest tools. If my prompts are too loosey goosey, Magica will often ask questions to clarify the task at hand. It's like having an assistant with an incredible memory!

I have been using Magica for over a year and upgraded to their lifetime access. I mostly use it to generate documents, and it saves me days! My work production is up 300%, and while I burn through credits, it is worth it. I have Magica saved on my bookmark bar, and I click and go. I am a novice AI user, but having Magica allows me to give it a task and let Magica find the best AI tool to get it done.

Really love using Magica. I'm a high school History teacher who teaches multiple AP and gen ed courses. I can enter something in Magica and ask a prompt, and it will generate a lesson plan for both classes very quickly. I can also enter a worksheet, and it will change and help create a new one based on my students' needs. Definitely recommend

I signed up for a lifetime deal when it was Galaxy AI. You were able to get credits each day plus 15M each month, select which LLM you wanted to use, and easily navigate the 2K+ different AI tools. Now, you get 15M credits once per month, you burn through them like a match in the wind, especially if you create a lot of content, and you are forced to go with whatever model they choose for you.
The only difference is that you can choose between "automatically choosing the right one for you" or "a super smart one for complex taxes."
If you generate images or videos, the monthly credits are laughable.
The basic one is ridiculously stupid for any kind of task. It can't adhere to your instructions without having to repeat them, and each time it takes more credits from you.
I'm not sure what the "I" in AI stands for with Magica, but it doesn't feel like it stands for intelligence.
They customer services is equally bad, borderline rude, and oftentimes not even helpful.
I probably consider this a bad investment in a lifetime deal because once I'm done with my credits, I will sign up for a reputable AI tool.

I like the service. I use a lot of AI so having a spot to use SOTA ai models is a good service for me. I like the fact you can use the LLMs or other audio and video models directly in their tools section.

My experience with GalaxyAI/Magica has been extremely frustrating. Access and features I had already purchased disappeared or became unavailable, while my paid credits or tokens depleted far more quickly than expected.

Canceling the subscription was unnecessarily difficult, and repeated attempts to get help from customer support received no meaningful response. A company selling ongoing subscriptions and digital credits should provide clear billing, reliable access to purchased features, and responsive support. GalaxyAI/Magica failed on all three.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this service. Do not spend money here unless you are prepared to lose access, burn through credits rapidly, struggle to cancel, and receive little or no assistance when something goes wrong.

I purchased the pay in full experience, but it is hard to use the small amount of tokens given per month. I miss the small free credits they offered for daily checkins. The site can be difficult to navigate until using constantly. Otherwise, the programs produce perfect AI outcomes that i am happy with!

very good, i like magica because it has every type of ai and i get alot of credits, so i can generetare very much pictures, its very good and useful for pretty much everything, big recommend seriously. come on!! go ahead and register an account its very damn good!

Magica is super easy to use. It is one of the most thorough AI programs out there. I dont have to ask it 50 times to do what I am asking. It also doesn't change things that should not be changed... example, Open ai, I have a picture and I ask it to add a sentence, and it ends up adding the sentence but also changes the color of the wall. I never said to change the color of the wall. it is so frustrating. Magica does not do that. very refreshing because that is one of the most frustrating things to have happen. I own my own business and Magica makes it so easy to create flyers, content and facebook posts for the business.
