We had previously ordered floor to ceiling cabinets, study desks and media units from this company and found Bobby in particular to be extremely warm, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. So when it came to renovating my daughter’s bedroom I had no hesitation in requesting his assistance again. The final product utilised all the spare space in the room, looked stunning and the finish was even better than I had hoped. I want to thank everyone at My Fitted Bedroom for their incredible professionalism and aftercare.

I’ve just had a design appointment with Bobby, and what a lovely gentleman he is! I went in thinking I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted, but Bobby took the time to talk me through everything, offered great advice, and helped me make decisions that work perfectly for the space I have.
I’m absolutely delighted with the design he has come up with. He was knowledgeable, patient and genuinely listened to what I wanted. I couldn’t be happier with the result and would highly recommend Bobby to anyone looking for help with their design.

Very disappointing experience with My…
Very disappointing experience with My Fitted Bedroom.
I purchased understairs fitted furniture through My Fitted Bedroom, with the survey and installation being handled by We Fit Any Furniture.
Unfortunately, there have been several significant errors with my order. I paid an additional £500 for shaker-style doors, but plain doors were delivered instead. The doors were also the wrong size and did not fit, and two of the four pull-out shelves were supplied to the wrong dimensions.
What has made the experience more frustrating is the lack of communication and ownership. I had to chase by both phone and email to understand how the issues would be resolved, and when I eventually received a response from the installation team, there was no apology....
Instead I was told that the incorrect sizing had arisen because the understairs space had not been removed at the time of the survey. This had never been communicated to me as a requirement, either before or during the survey. The purpose of having a professional survey is surely to assess the space properly and ensure the correct dimensions are taken before the furniture is manufactured.
If the surveyor was unable to measure accurately because of the existing structure, I would have expected this to be identified and clearly explained at the time rather than the order proceeding on incorrect measurements.
The replacement doors and shelves are now being arranged, but I have been advised that the new doors will take approximately 15 working days to arrive, meaning the installation cannot be completed as originally planned and another visit will be required.
Given the amount I have paid, I expected much better quality control, communication and overall customer service from My Fitted Bedroom and the companies working on their behalf.

Svar fra My Fitted Bedroom - Fitted Wardrobe Specialists
Thank you for taking the time to provide such detailed feedback. We are very sorry that your experience has fallen short of the standard you should expect from My Fitted Bedroom.
We completely understand your frustration, particularly given that you specifically paid for Shaker-style doors and received the incorrect door style, alongside the dimensional issues with the doors and pull-out shelves. We also recognise your concerns regarding the communication once these issues became apparent, and we accept that we should have taken greater ownership in explaining what had happened and how matters would be resolved.
For some context regarding the measurements, the survey was carried out before the planned rip-out of the existing under-stairs area had been completed. The measurements taken by our surveyor therefore had to be based on the space as it existed at the time. Once the rip-out was subsequently completed, some of those dimensions changed. We were working to a particularly tight timescale and were doing our best to keep the project on schedule; however, with hindsight, the correct course of action would have been to postpone and rebook the survey once the area had been fully prepared. We appreciate that this should also have been communicated more clearly to you.
We are currently dealing directly with you and arranging the necessary replacement doors and shelves, together with the return visit required to complete the installation. We appreciate that this means an additional wait and another appointment that you had not anticipated, and we apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.
Our priority now is to ensure that the correct replacement items are manufactured and that your under-stairs furniture is completed to the standard originally expected. Your comments regarding quality control, the survey process and communication have also been noted and will be reviewed with the teams involved.
Thank you for your patience while we put matters right. We hope that once the return visit has been completed, the finished furniture will meet your original expectations.

Ben and Chris were exemplary in both their attitude to the job, and how they explained everything to me. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the wardrobes, and of the final fittings. I would not hesitate in using them again or recommending them to others.

Great wardrobes !
Good experience and quality of finished product. Would recommend.
Positives
- Design
- Sales person (Dean) very good. Knowledgeable and gave good solutions. Understanded what’s we wanted both interms of look and function
- Fitting and installation. Fitter (Ian) was amazing. Very high quality install. Was a master of his trade - and showed in the way he worked. Left the place spotless.
- Value
Negatives
- 11.5 weeks from sales visit to installation
- Survey visit did not add any value compared to sales persons visit. Surveyor wanted to take hours to do CAD drawings, which were no different to what sales person had done
- surveyor and fitter are contractors. Meaning paying them direct. Personally I would have preferred to deal with only one company
- Lots of waste wood to dispose of after install.
Only those negatives preventing a 5 star review.
