Clarion like to cut corners but expect tenants to keep their homes in top condition. They say they will do one thing but turn up and try to cut corners and do a shabby piece of work to cut costs and make people's homes look a mess.

Olushola was very helpful with my repair request.

No: 1 I requested repairs to my windows back in May an operative attended and made a further appointment to follow up works which was scheduled for 22nd June to which two operatives attended however due to the height of accessing my windows they needed to pass this onto the window contractors gor replacemeny of blown glass as well as blown glass being replaced in my kitchen which they said would be ordered and arranged to be fitted by said outsourced contractor. On 23rd July i chased this up and am still waiting confirmation in regards to when this is going to actioned and completed.
No: 2 I chased up in rrgards to my pipes in the kitchen being blasted through as requested by emergency plumbers that attended my property due to a blocked and over flowing sink. Have heard nothing in response to this from telephone call made on 22nd July.

NO : 3 I reported rats gaining and making a home in my loft in April i had 3 visits from pest control where a handful of pellets were tipped just inside the loft hatch after the 3rd visit he took photos and said he would request a follow up that the loft be cleaned off droppings and other said waste and re insulated. Not that i think the inspections carried out by pest control were suffucient at any point as throwing a handful of pellets or proper inspection around the property or boundries as to where they might be getting into my home was carried out. But no attempts made as to how they are getting into the loft or to seal or prevent them gaining further access into my home.Again no response to this and recieved an email saying something about proofing i have no idea what that means and replied to this email but have not received acknowledgement or a response.
However this issue is still ongoing as they are still in my loft running about and clearly having a party as they are extremley noisy, let alone the fact this is disgusting and extremley unfair as no one wants to take any accountability and are not responding to any of my requests.

I would like the issue of rats infesting my home where i live with my children to be safe and secure and free from disease ridden pests keeping us up at night running above our heads in the home we live in. All works of clearing the mess and reinsulation to be completed as was told by pest control. This issue needs to be dealt with asap!!!!!

Great until you need help or support then no response, trying to get response from repairs team supervisor, told they'd phone back in 48hours, its been over 3 weeks with multiple phone calls from me but zero response. REALLY frustrating and dissapointing.

Additionally different teams don't speak to each other

I am in a complete flap due to confusion with Equans and ACE and getting no joy from my resident liason officer i talked to clarion through chat. Nichola was brilliant and arranged someone to call me and completely understood what I was saying. Great service from Nichola and i hope the people that are going to call are just as understanding.
