MyCarCheck Anmeldelser

Do not use because this company are ruthless and will rip you off. I purchased 5 basic checks with 2 to use. I used one today 17/04/25 and it now states I have none left. Also you cannot revisit your checks and send them to email so once you have read them you cannot retrieve them. I cannot contact them also because they do not provide a telephone number or email address!
Dreadful company that I will never use again!

Accurate information and very precise

Many times I’ve used this app and most of the time it takes your money, fails to load and suddenly the check disappears and it asks for money again. Money comes out the bank, but you get no check and their customer service is non-existent. SCAM SCAM SCAM

My car check was a waste of time for me, gave incorrect MOT data and even the paid check mainly gave information that is already available through DVLA and gov.uk websites. I would not recommend using this.

Excellent tool to check cars out prior
to purchasing them

I heard about subscription traps on Radio 4 this week & panicked as I've bought a car check before. On investigation, it's a company with a very similar name who reportedly use a subscription trap to charge customers. They are called CheckMyCar. THIS company - MyCarCheck - is fantastic. I bought a single credit & got the info I needed to confidently make a car purchase. I wouldn't hesitate to buy more credits to check vehicles in future, and the app is excellent whether you're using the free check or need more detail on a vehicle's history.
It's very sad that their ratings are being impacted just because they have a similar name to a less reputable company.

Always good, always the right info. My go to for car checks!

This is a very dicriptive and useful app which provides clear information easy to use thank you

Download of necessary information was very quick, gave us peace of mind at a crucial time.

For a Quick Free report this site is 1st Class

SCAM YOU CHECK A CAR AND THEY SECRETLY SIGN YOU INTO A SUBSCRIPTION AND CHARGE YOU £40.00 THEN REFUSE TO REFUND YOU.

Always use this to check cars and vans always helps me out.

Very straightforward and comprehensive.

Very fast service, low cost, comprehensive information.

Purchased a report and paid £10.00, never got the report, they have no phone number to ask about the issues. You fill in a form that ask for the check ID? Well I didn’t get the report so how can I give a check ID. I’ve chased twice now and still no reply. Awful service, avoid.
