I cannot praise My Private Network enough. Relying on them to provide a service I need in Cyprus has been a total success. Any issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. On the odd occasion that I needed extra support they were courteous and really understand what their clients want.

I started using MPN about 8 years ago while working overseas in a country that restricted internet access. It worked really well. Well worth the money and the customer service has always been excellent.

Asked a question regarding connection of multiple devices to the MPN service. From initial email to resolution of request was fifteen minutes, cannot fault the service.

Unbelievably good customer service. My support email was answered personally within an hour, my problem was dealt with quickly, and even though there were some technical issues to overcome, Veronica from My Private Network found a way around these in order to solve my problem 100%.

My Private Network is brilliant. Works very easily on the iPhone/iPad when abroad. I hadn't used the service for two months but was charged for those months. I asked for a refund as a loyal customer and they paid it back within hours. Excellent customer service.

I have been with MPN for several years and have introduced many friends, I left for a while but quickly returned and will never stray again.
The service is excellent and the response time amazing 24/7 and I am in the Far East.
I use the service a great deal especially for BBC iPlayer on all my devices.

I starting using MPN's services in early 2015, having tried other providers and been unhappy with the way that my network seemed to have been hijacked, giving me computer problems.
Everything has run smoothly with one exception - I had a problem accessing the service but the efforts made by the MPN guys were terrific and solved the problem, a problem caused by my changing my password to one that was too strong for the system! My only criticism is thus that some guidance on passwords should be given but this is a very minor criticism of what is a superb service with guys who do their outmost to keep everything running.
I cannot rate MPN too highly - I'm glad that a friend told me about the company.

I sent an email to upgrade my single-country service to a global one. Received a response within an hour with link to pro-rata invoice to make up the difference in upgrading. Paid the invoice and my global service was immediately active - all this on a Sunday!!!!!

I have been with them for around 2 years now and their support is absolutely brilliant and so quick. I have recommended a friend to them here in Malta and I helped her set that up. My cousin here is also about to sign up with them too as a new arrival here. I asked an initial question and the answer was there almost immediately. I would recommend this company to anyone. If only other companies were so good ! Thanks.

I needed to load the VPN software on to my MacBook whilst in South Africa. I asked how to do this and received a response within an hour which also reminded me of my user name and gave a link to find/update my password should I have forgotten. This is value for money out of this world! Very highly recommended.

I have been with MPN for about 5 years now on this visit to to my holiday home in CYPRUS I could not connect to the VPN contacted support not expecting a reply as it was SUNDAY about an hour later got a reply with instructions for me to follow on my iPad . Did this still not joy .took pictures of error message to return on rmail,shortly after email with further easy to follow instructions. Success !! Great support for someone like me will little knowledge

I have been using MPN for several years and just subscribe for 1 month at a time when going to be out of UK. I cannot recommend them highly enough and would award 10 stars if it was possible.

I have received outstanding support from Chris ,Aaron and Ted and the speed with which they responded and the clarity of things to try was amazing. The VPN connection worked in a wifi cafe in the Canaries but unfortunately not with our mifi 3 dongle in our home and we tried EVERYTHING! As we hadn't travelled with a laptop remote support was not possible. Despite this I would whole heartedly recommend this fantastic company to anyone and would like to thank the whole team for their professional, kind and courteous support and to wish them all well. If only all companies operated as this one does we would be in heaven if anything went wrong! Thank you.
