Terrible service. I used your services for over 10 years and never a problem. This time you sent a plumber to fix my leaking flush and he actually made things worse. He clearly was not comfortable with the job and said that the part should be replaced, together with a second little screw to fix the unit to the wall. I replaced the main part, but the company supplying it said that they didn’t have the screw, unless I ordered the entire unit. They also said that a good plumber could fix the missing screw. You sent the same person who was not happy about the missing screw and left with even trying to fix it. 2 minutes top in the house.
I called one of your competitors, they came and fixed the unit in no time.
I asked for a reimbursement and was denied.
And now you are asking me to rate your services?

Will definitely use again…indeed am inviting back.

I had MyPlumber install two Noritz tankless hot water heaters. Once installed, I had hot water and didn't think much of it. A little while later, I the control panel went dead. I called the company to see about getting a replacement. When checking out the issue, I noticed the second tankless heater wasn't even plugged in. There is no outlet to plug it into. So when the company did the installation, they tried to make an extra buck by not even installing it correctly. I asked the person who came out to check the control panel and he had electric come out. He said that it didn't matter that they didn't install it correctly, he would still charge me for the extra outlet installation, effectively charging me twice for this portion of the installation. This is complete bull. I don't know what kind of scam MyPlumber is pulling, but if you are thinking of using them, my advice is to run the other way.

Disgusting.
They sent someone round who quoted me £380 to replace a flame sensor. He said the part cost £200.
I googled it, it costs £25.
I ran this by a plumber friend of mine who won't go north of the river and he said that the guy is a shark.
The guy got aggressive and defensive with me when I challenged him.
I asked for the web address of his company and tried it - it was not a web address in use, he said, try .com or .co.uk - still nothing. Awful behaviour.
Avoid these cowboys.

I booked this company to give me a quote to replace my radiators. They sounded really polite and professional on the phone. I was told they would charge me a full hour on Friday 9/12 to provide a quote by Monday 12/12. I paid £109. On Monday I called to follow up. To my shock they asked me if I still wanted the quote. I said yes and they said they would share it within 24h. After many times chasing them by phone and email, to date I am waiting to see the quote. I had to raise a case asking for a refund of the money I paid for a service that was never provided. Now i have actually someone else that did provide a quote and is already doing the job.
They are avoiding their responsibility and after several messages they have begun to say they did try to contact me - so, from not providing any service and charging, to start lying on top.

Please avoid this company. It’s all appareance of professionalism to get your money upfront only.

If I could give no stars, I would. To describe them in one word, RIPOFF. The guy made a worse situation than it was before.

Please Please do not use this service I don't know where all these good reviews have come from but I had a horrible experience today.

I requested a sink to be changed, they were supposed to come last week but the plumber said he will be late, 5min later he had two flat tyres and said I had to reschedule.

I rescheduled for today and the plumber could not even do a simple job. Basically I got charged over £100 for a plumber to come around a week late to remove all the silicone and walk away stating if the sink was removed then he would have to remove tiles.

£100 for a plumber to make your situation worse and once you have booked can you get to an agent - no way they just send to text with links that make no sense.

If someone from the company sees this my ref is 22081517IVPA please call me as it is impossible for me to get hold of you.

Vlad was excellent. He was able to sort put our hot water problem and went to purchase the required parts. He was friendly, knowledgeable and fast working. Would definitely want to use his services again.

Great service and good value. Mike was really friendly, explained everything very clearly to me and gave me helpful advice. Punctual and communicated well. Overall excellent and would recommend.

Quick, efficient, tidy work

They're outsourcing their calls and using the same system as another company. The people who are answering calls don't know anything about plumbing (which is fine) but the problem is they're also not very good at their job. All these reviews are 'invited' reviews and I am very sceptical of what's going on here.

Solved plumbing problem in a short visit. Also provide some recommendations for improvement.

Very pleased with the service. The plumber was quick, clean and efficient in sorting out my broken kitchen tap and bathroom basin wastepipe issues. Very happy with everything and highly recommend My Plumber's services.
