I had my boiler serviced by this company, and shortly afterwards I noticed it was leaking from the bottom. I contacted the owner, who came out after 3 months to inspect it but insisted there was nothing wrong.

The leak continued, and I had to keep a container underneath the boiler to collect the water. I repeatedly asked him to come back and check it properly. When he eventually returned, he told me he would charge me extra to fix the issue.

In the end, I contacted the boiler manufacturer directly and paid them to inspect it. They identified the problem and fixed it straight away.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. I was very disappointed with the quality of the service and the way my concerns were handled.

An honest review. There was lots of good things about the service we recieved. The price was very good to have a new bathroom. They worked hard and we are mainly pleased with the result. Sadly the sink unit arrived chipped and we were promised it would be sorted. 3 months on and despite many messages nothing has been done. Along the way there were several mishaps, a pipe not connected properly which made a leak and a foot through the floor. To be fair, they did fix these mistakes, but our ceiling still doesn't look great. Whilst doing the work, communication was good and overall we are mostly happy with the results.

I purchased a machine that has been leaking for 5 months it has ruined my kitchen i have mold and damp and had to take my flooring up last week I was told the drum has a hole in they’ve refuse to give me a new machine even though it’s leaked from when it was delivered after months of problems I had an appointment today for a new drum to be fitted they’ve now cancelled as they don’t have the drum it will never purchase domestic and general insurance again it has cost me so much time and money it would have been easier and cheaper to not have insurance and just of bought a new washing machine my kitchen also wouldn’t of been in the mess it’s now in which has been hell trying to get help with the mold damp repairs and new flooring nobody cares

The worst service one could receive! I had a boiler fitted last year by this company and it was leaking from the bottom once fitted therefore i contacted the owner and he came to have a look and said there was nothing wrong. I kept pestering him to come and check it again as i had a container under the boiler collecting water. He came back and said he will charge more if he is to fix the problem. Eventually i paid the boiler manufacturer to fix the problem and they sorted it straight away. Don't ever use this company as they want to fit boilers but are not competent in their job!!!

Great service as always!! I had no heating ot hot water and it was very cold, came very quickly established problem changed part all completed quickly with no fuss and as a emergency call a good price

I contacted Domestic & Commercial to help with the fitting of a new thermostat to our heating system after Nest advised us that our thermostat would stop working. After a week without heating ,hot shower , and having many quotations for a new boiler I was so concerned about the cost , until I received a phone call from Dom Com heating this have take the worry out of me .
They are able to come the next day and installed my new Worcester boiler within four hours.
