MX Wholesale Anmeldelser

Placed an order then cancelled within 1 hour on a weekend.
Got an email saying that they had refunded me??
Paid them £19.47 and got £1.07 refunded....
Phoned and spoke to Jayde who explained to me what had happened and quickly resolved the issue.
Thank you for your simple explanation and your professional approach first class customer service

Superb service... super helpful staff.

Goods arrived perfect, easy to use website at very good prices. Courier very quick as well.

This company has gone above and beyond I was a bit sceptical at ordering at first we are a cash and carry so we wanted a company who could supply us regular and with good quality we had a slight hiccup with a order and Jade in customer services went that extra mile and made us feel like valued customers and deserves a lot of credit we will be using this company for the foreseeable future thank you

Very good experience with MX Wholesale. They handled all my concerns with efficiently without any quibble.

I ordered a bulk buy of window boxes for a community project. The order was excellent value, and delivered promptly. When I had made a phone enquiry the staff were very helpful in their response. I will use them again.

Extremely happy with products and delivery, sometimes have to keep on top of chasing customer service dept but they are very friendly and helpful so I am not too fussed

Good experience of purchasing with MX. (Y) Keep up the good work. We'll buy more if discounts are available.

Thank you. Delivered very quickly.

Great product for a good price and super fast delivery. I would use them again.

From ordering to received parcel. Well communication and informed. Trusted seller and recommended.

Mx wholesale is excellent received all of my order will definitely be ordering again I recommend Mx wholesale to everyone

Not good at all. Maybe the worst company I've ever done business with

excellent serice as always, easy to use website. a kind staff member contacted me as there was a problem with my order that we quickly resolved together. often quick shipping times, would reccomend

Chasing required in the event of products not materialising following a part order delivery spanning over months. Initiating pre-action protocol to court action ensured the eventual return of monies owed. Not a good experience, sadly.

Mx wholesale is very trusted company with a goog service
