Mr Sander® Anmeldelser

Alex, Alan and the team were brilliant from start to finish! We had 3 upstairs rooms with original 85 year old floorboards that look brand new. They were sanded, gap filled and stained perfectly to our liking. Booking was extremely easy, the team’s knowledge was top notch and I will be using them again in the future for my downstairs floors! Couldn’t recommend them more!

Kieran has done a brilliant job of sanding and staining our floors. He was really professional, friendly and he gave us loads of great advice and guidance. The whole process was easy and Kieran was also making sure we were getting what we wanted throughout. He also gave advice on how to look after the floors after he was done. Many thanks to Kieran and the rest of the Mr Sander team.

Excellent job done sanding and lacquering my engineered wood flooring! Very impressed. Efficient company. Communicative, good technology use. Reasonably priced and almost no wait to get going. Really knew their stuff. Would recommend.

Efficient, passionate about their work and above all effortless.Harrison and Vinnie were a great team made the whole process of re conditioning the ground floor of my house simple.

I recomend Davey from mr SANDER. I have had my floor for 20 years, and now it is restored and as new again. Davey worked hard to achieve a great finish.

Kieran has done a wonderful job of sanding our floors, they’re as good as new. He was very professional, knowledgeable, very tidy and efficient. The whole process from start to finish was easy, everyone we spoke to were friendly and very helpful. Special thanks to Kieran and The Mr Sander team.

Kieran did a fantastic job from start to finish, thoroughly recommended

Alberto is exceptional at what he does and incredibly professional. Did an excellent job for us and we would highly recommend him. Wished he could do even more than the sanding and painting, he is a real expert.

We couldn’t be happier with the job Alex did sanding our reclaimed oak parquet floor on our narrowboat. It was no small task — the boards were full of character (and a fair few quirks!), but he brought them back to life beautifully. The finish is smooth, glowing, and shows off every bit of that lovely old wood grain.

He was professional, friendly, and clearly takes real pride in his craft. Everything was done neatly, on time, and with a great eye for detail. It’s such a treat walking into the boat now — the floor genuinely transforms the space.

If you’ve got a unique project or an old floor that deserves some love, I’d absolutely recommend Alex. A real craftsman and a pleasure to have around.

The team from Mr Sander came to us last week to renovate the ground floor of our house after a new kitchen installation. The repair work by Ivan and Andre and the sanding, staining and varnishing by Davey were all excellent and we are very pleased with the result. Thank you .

Beautiful work and craftsmanship - I am so pleased with my new floors! I Aliber was brilliant to work with - really good at communicating and checking that I was happy. Would highly recommend.

Bobi and Valentin from Mr Sander in Aylesbury came over to sand and restore my very old floor boards (possibly 250 years old). They did an astonishing job. Completely transformed them, I can't believe how well they have turned out. I can't recommend them enough. Also lovely chaps who are incredibly polite and conscientious.

This was the second time we asked Aliber to sand a floor. He'd done a great job on our living room floor, but this was the hallway - it was very stained and worn from years of use. But it looks every bit as good as the living room. Both floors in fact look far better than when we first had them sanded when we moved in, over 20 years ago. Aliber is polite, friendly, punctual and very neat and tidy. We recommend him without hesitation.

Arben transformed the stairs to look very clean and fresh! He was friendly, considerate and tidy, and completed all the work with minimal disruption. Appreciated he went the extra mile to finish the stairs. Good customer service.

Kieran worked on our living & dining room floors, they look fantastic, he also gave us lots of good advice regarding maintenance of our new floors. We are hoping to have him back to do another job in a few months time. Kieran is knowledgeable in his job & a really nice person.

What a fantastic experience! I had the engineered wood floor in my new flat sanded and lacquered by Alberto, as the existing floor was very worn. Quote was arranged rapidly and Alberto then managed to fit my job in within a couple of weeks, before my furniture arrived, which was a fantastic help. He was exceptionally careful at the corners and edges so that I need to touch up only a couple of spots on the skirting boards. He explained how to wash and take care of the wood floor so that it lasts longer, when to get it sanded and lacquered again and even advised me how I could sand and re-oil my kitchen worktop myself. I’m delighted with the outcome and will certainly be going back to Mr Sander and Alberto when my floor needs attention again.

Alberto was excellent. From the first visit he was polite, thoughtful and knowledgeable. When it came to doing the work his communication about options and what would happen when was clear and allowed us to make decisions and carry on with life while the work went on. Alberto is skilled, diligent, trustworthy and likeable. We would absolutely recommend and plan to contact him for any similar future work.

Ivan was fantastic at his job, very knowledgable and experienced at laying herringbone flooring. Him and his partner Andre were very attentive to detail and completed the job in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend!!

While there was an administrative oversight with the initial appointment being booked I cannot fault Mr Sander, and in particular Lee Curd for the work that was undertaken with my floor. Having had downstairs redecorated I made a last minute decision to have the floor sanded and re-waxed/polished. While I had contacted some local companies none of them could commit to completing the job in time for the delivery of my new sofas, which were arriving in 2 weeks. Lee arrived and I explained the timeline I was working to, he said it would be tight but he could juggle a few jobs around to accommodate me. Lee started the work a few days later and by the end of the first morning the floor already looked 100% better than it had ever done since it was new almost 15 years ago. Even when I changed my mind about the polish finish Lee was accommodating and wanted me to be happy with the end product. In summary I was over the moon with the finished floor and Lee was extremely helpful and accommodating and clearly takes pride in his work. All in all I had a very positive experience.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Alex, Alan, and their wonderful team to restore my original floorboards, and I can't recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, they were an absolute delight to work with.

Their politeness and kindness stood out, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. They were incredibly professional, always tidy, and respectful of my home, my family, and my working environment. I appreciated how they took the time to listen to my vision and consulted with me throughout the project, ensuring that my preferences were taken into account.

What truly impressed me was their flexibility. They worked around my schedule, moving furniture with ease and providing thoughtful recommendations without ever being pushy. It was evident that they genuinely cared about my satisfaction.

If you're looking for a helpful, friendly, and professional service, look no further! I would not hesitate to recommend Alex, Alan, and their team to anyone in need of floor restoration services.

THANK YOU - one delighted customer
