MrSander review
I would highly recommend MrSander if you are wondering what to do with your lifeless wooden floors.
From start to finish a smooth transition. Amir their representative was amazing and a credit to the company.
My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner.
Good luck MrSander for the future.

We’re really pleased the whole journey felt smooth from start to finish, and it’s lovely to hear you’re delighted with the transformation — that “wish I’d done it sooner” feeling is exactly what we hope for. Amir will really appreciate being mentioned; he’s a credit to the team and will be proud to read this.
Thank you again, and we truly appreciate the good wishes.

We had a deep oil spill on our solid oak floorboards. Spoke to a couple of flooring specialists who said it was not possible to patch repair and we would need to sand the whole floor back. Mr Sander were able to help. Josh came round and did an amazing job. Sanded back the affected area and lacquered it. You literally can’t tell any difference now, even right up close. Would absolutely recommend them based on Josh’s work. Very friendly man in the office I spoke to as well.

Rich — thank you so much for your review.
An oil spill on solid oak can be really worrying, especially after being told a full re-sand is the only option — so I’m genuinely pleased we could help with a proper patch repair. Credit to Josh for getting the blend so spot-on that you can’t see the difference, even close up.
Thanks as well for mentioning the friendly support from the office — we know that reassurance at the start matters.
Warm regards,

Helped with a flooring issue
They responded promptly to my request for a quote, the price was competitive. They were able to complete the work quickly (within a week of initial contact). Their workman Aliber was extremely friendly and helpful, he went over and above to make sure the work was completed to a high standard.

I had a great experience with the guys from Mr Sander. They were punctual, thorough and helped put my mind at rest about what was best for my parquet flooring. The floor hadn’t been serviced for over 10 years and now looks immaculate.

Fantastic!
Oli and his team at Mr Sander sanded and refreshed our living room and bedroom floors, and the results are brilliant. The wood was very old, worn and scratched, and they’ve made it look genuinely brand new.
They also went above and beyond by fixing a small section of our staircase, which wasn’t part of the original job but made a big difference. Oli gave really good advice on how to deal with the very red/orange tone of our floors and suggested solutions that worked perfectly.
The whole job was completed in two days with minimal disruption and very little hassle. Professional, efficient and easy to deal with throughout. I would happily recommend Oli and his team many times over.

Steph — thank you so much for such a thoughtful review.
We’re delighted you’re happy with the transformation, especially on an older, well-worn floor — that “like new” finish is exactly what we aim for. It’s also great to hear Oli and the team went the extra mile with the staircase section, and that his advice on reducing the red/orange tone landed perfectly.
Two days, minimal disruption, and an easy experience throughout is what good looks like — so I really appreciate you recognising that. I’ll make sure Oli and the team see your kind words.

5* cannot recommend enough!
The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Within 30 minutes of me making the first enquiry someone had reached out to me to, and within 24 hours someone was able to view the property and give me the quotation.
Harrison was super knowledgeable and was able to understand what I wanted to achieve and definitely delivered! We were on a bit of a deadline and he kindly managed to fit the job in within a couple of days of my initial contact with Mr Sander (and 3 days just before Christmas). I was unable to be at the property, however Harrison kept me updated throughout the process.
I am so pleased I took the plunge, my floors which were badly damaged look like they are brand new. I am beyond happy. Money well spent and significantly below what other companies where quoting. Harrison provided top customer service and make the experience working with Mr Sander so easy.
Thank you!

Highly recommended
I got 3 quotes to have the floorboards resanded in my Victorian terraced house. Mr Sander was in the middle, more towards the competitive end. I chose them because they came across as really friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Someone came in to quote a few days after my enquiry and they were able to start work only about 2 weeks later.
Vitor and Ismael did a really good job - very careful and conscientious. I'm very pleased with the result. The floor looks much better than it's ever looked before. I'd definitely recommend them.
