Don't pay for this software. I purchased the key so I could export videos without the watermark. After I paid, I still couldn't export. I kept getting an error message telling me that my anti-virus software prohibited me from exporting. After attempting to contact their customer service and received no reply, I got a refund through PayPal. This software is a scam. Do not buy it.

Got the key from the Website. saved it. Years later i still can sign in and use the key.

This is a scam! My son signed up and we immediately realized our mistake. Within minutes of paying, we asked for a refund. Have made multiple attempts, to no avail.

for this company there are to produce there firms but where there is problem is for give full care to the customers and give rule for follow the instruction

Very dodgy, thought I was subscribing to windows movie maker, not sure how they get away with it. Charges you through an external company, very difficult to cancel, looks probably impossible to get a refund.

It's the worst company ever. Zero consumer support. I ask for my money back and when they remember to answer me they keep telling me that they will give it to the relevant department.

My visa card was charged $9.99 for unlimited downloads in the effects store on 11th October 2023, but I did not get the services. It is reflected very well in my account that I paid for this monthly subscription. Even creating a support ticket didn't work. They responded to the support ticket twice without resolving the issue and went quiet. I created another support ticket to no avail. I made all screenshots and attached them to my support ticket showing how I was charged for that subscription. My bank told me that the only solution was to stop my card for all online transactions. You can see the mess Movie Zilla has put me in. Hope they will respond after reading this review. I won't be surprised if they don't respond.

Film Students, DON'T DO IT! Like all the other reviews here say, these people are scam artists. Will take your money and not respond when you request a refund. Their editing program is bs, no wonder my professor said to get my money back! It deletes your files, the splicing freezes and is non functional and they continue to deduct money from your CC or DC account. I called my bank and reported them for fraud. I think I'll also report them to every news channel I can, the BBB and any other authority I can find, don't rip people off!

I bought software from these clever little guys that I paid cash! Since then, every month they withdraw money from my bank account. I have already asked for a refund twice but, rian, no response.

Movie-zilla rips off its buyers. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing their Windows Movie Maker product. They do nothing but give me the run-around, even though I requested a refund 2 days after my purchase. I am currently reporting them to the appropriate federal and international cybercrime agencies to make sure this company is on their fraud list.

I paid for a subscription to their iMovie, and have been having trouble exporting my work that was due 2 days ago now. Its been 2 days and I can't even get any customer service help. No one has responded to my tickets and this is just ridiculous. I wish I could just get a refund and uninstall this. I live in Malaysia and paying in USD is so expensive, for software I can't even use.

I purchased the Video editor last month with no extras.

I just now was charged an on going monthly fee which I did not order or approve.

There is no clear way to contact them to cancel something I didnt agree to. I am now filing a Fraud claim with my state attorneys general.

I bought the movie maker and without them telling me they subscribed me to something. For a few days, they have been trying to charge my credit card for this said subscription. I tried to log in so I could cancel it and it kept saying "invalid email" I made a support ticket and it took them days to even reply back. They said the following Please manage your subscription via the Shopper Control Panel. They sent a link with this.

How could I reset it if I can't even log in. I said it was still doing it. It's been almost a week and still nothing. I had to contact my bank and report them for fraud.

Their product doesn't work! I have spent over 100 hours putting my movie together it is a memorial video for my Dad, when I export it, the images go black 3/4 of the way into the video. It also cuts off 3 minutes before the ending. I have wasted hours going back and forth with their customer support team who has not been supportive at all. They only try to send me a new upgraded version which still didn't work, one lady said she would look at it but then never respond after Mutiple emails to her. There is no phone number to contact an actual person and they take days to respond if they ever even do! So now I don't have a video to play at my Dad's Celebration of life this weekend and I am out hours and hours of time! Beyond disappointed and extremely angry!! Don't buy this product!

This is 100% a scam. They do not stop charging credit cards. Do not use this company.

It advertises "Easy Cancellations" but there's no where to cancel your subscription. I've written several emails and have yet to get in touch with someone.

Finally, I had to contact my cc company for them to reject their charges. No cool Movie Zilla. Not cool.

Bought the iMovie program and got a subscription to the movie-zilla online store, which I did not ask for. It says it can be cenceled at any time, but this has to be done via the support. Which takes ages to reply. What a coincidence!? I´ve asked for a refund and cancelation, but judging from the other reviews here I guess Ill be waiting for some time.

Do not subscribe to them!! Its been months and I cant unsubscribe. Ive talked to so many people. Been told I had unsubscribed but the next month they still take the money out.
