Motsutoys Anmeldelser

Fast and reliable shipping, solid prices. Their newsletter stories are always a good read. :)

1. Preis

Fazit:
Je größer, schwerer, teurer -> Motsu
Bequemlichkeit -> Motsu

Kleinigkeiten, rumstöbern, Glücksfunde -> Import
Limitiert, spezielle wifu -> Import

The go-to place for lubes, great toys and quirky Japanese naughty stuff!!

Such a great selection of products and a fast delivery service makes Motsutoys and excellent choice for products and customer service is always on-point too.

Motsutoys is an easy to use site and a few clicks away from a pleasuring experience. Motsutoys have a variety of items which comes in different sizes and shapes, which gives the site a large inventory of toys you can choose from, depending on how high your budget is. The best part about purchasing toys from Motsutoys is the discreet packaging. Every item I've purchased has arrived in a nice brown box, so you need not worry about any peeping neighbours or family members getting a look at your purchased goods. I've never encounterd problems with any of my ordered items, but if you ever encounter trouble with purchases, there is an amazing team behind the customer service, so don't hold back on questions!

Well, to be honest, Motsutoys might be the best user experience i had this year with any online store. I received the product really fast and in great shape, the price was fair compared to other companies, and the overall contact is good.
Thanks Motsutoys.

Nice selection especially within Europe.
But I still hope they expand their selection.
The ordering process went great and it arrived within a few days.
Over all positive. Would order again.

It's a very good website. It has a great, clean website and great products. My orders usually arrive in 5 days so it's fast for international shipping. The support is great and very useful.
I love this website.

The site was easy to navigate and they have a good selection of items. Good prices, especially with the discounts which they give out pretty regularly. My order was shipped out quickly after i placed it. It took a bit longer to arrive than estimated, but that is more the fault of UPS than the store. Would be nice if there were other shipping options besides UPS, as it is a shipping company i have had many bad experiences with.

Product quality is very good and I got fast replies to any questions I had. I strongly recommend!

It starts with the website, which is very clear and intuitively set up. The categories are logically arranged, and the search function works properly. Nothing to complain about.

The product descriptions are to the point and not too long. This promotes a quick choice. No need to compare and search for hours on end.

After ordering, I quickly received a confirmation and Motsutoys kept me up to date. The products were delivered quickly.

I had forgotten to use a discount code on there webside for 20% off my order. so i send them an email to see if it was possible to retroactively use the code. not even half a day later i got a response that it was possible and i got a 20% refund with no hassel. 10/10 fast and polite customer service.

customer for already a couple of years, only had one issue with one of their products that came defective, customer support asked for a couple of pics to verify it was an integrity issue of the product, and not misuse, and offered either a refund or a voucher, apart from that top notch customer experience.

my only gripe would be they take long to bring new stuff to the store, but heck they already have a lot of variety, so a minor one.

overall recomended, and i'll keep buying from them as long as they stay the same

never had an issue, i've bought a few toys from here, a total of 3 and awaiting the third delivery. all delivers come within like a week from purchase. all have good quality and not a single complaint. would defo recommend, the toys are relatively cheap compared to other compaines, good quality and good customer support

Empfehlenswert!

I'm already a customer of motsutoys for many years and that has a reason.

- The Delivery ist fast and happens discreet.
- A lot of good quality items to choose from.
- Fast support if something unusual happens or your interested in a special new item that they may add to there store.

The site is easy to use and has also good events and cashback / discount options.

I can really recommend ordering your special items via motsu 👍

I've ordered from this company twice. Both times have been great. Both orders have been delivered from their location in the Netherlands to Sweden within 3 days.

The website itself is well designed and easy to use. Checkout was seemless and straight forward.

Customer support is outstanding. They answered any questions quickly and with great detail, they really know their product lineup.

Creating an account is also actually worthwhile. People are really good at writing product reviews, and you get rewards for doing so. No annoying and meaningless newsletters, just an occasional treat from out of the blue (which made me order a second time).

Thanks motsutoys!

Motsutoys has always in my exprience been very helpfull with any questions or problems with my orders.
And I've recived a reply the next day to all my inquiries with good responses.
So simply I consider them to have great customer service.
