MotaBars Anmeldelser

I was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. The job was completed exactly as they said it would be. This allowed plenty of time to have a leisurely lunch in Leamington Spa and a bit of shopping before returning to collect vehicle. Wouldn't entertain going anywhere else

Top notch service. Very friendly and welcoming staff, would heartily recommend and will certainly return for any future work.

When I booked my car in for a towbar fitting I was advised to allow Four hours for the fitting. As a result and expecting limited facilities I went prepared with a flask etc for making my own coffee along with books and other stuff that I could do whilst waiting.
Luckily there was a settee in the reception area, so I set up camp. The manager was very friendly and during the course of the morning offered me hot drinks and because it was quite cold did switch on an electric heater. After nearly four hours I was advised that the fitting was completed. The fitter whom was also very pleasant then proceeded to run through its operation etc. and after which I left.
I have not yet hitched up but as this Company fitted a towbar on my last car which worked well, I expect there should be no complaint.
Overall I was very satisfied with this companies communication and operation and was very pleased that I went prepared.

10/10 excellent work and amazing customer service. Will be back!

Brilliant service! Motabars installed a new stereo in my car as I thought it was time to moving into the 21st century and have CarPlay. Greg, Nicola and team were great communicators, did the job at a great price and left the car cleaner and better than before. I would highly recommend to all!

Great quick service to have my rear windows tinted. Car looks great thank you. Staff helpful and polite.

Fantastic service. Sourced a tow bar for my new car. Tow bar came from Italy. Kept me informed of time frames for delivery and as soon as it arrived arranged a date for fitting. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and very helpful. I would recommend motabars in Leamington spa to anyone.

Absolutely brilliant service! We wanted an APPLE CAR PLAY /ANDROID AUTO fitted to ourold BMW and Motabars were really helpful, we ended up having a reverse cameras fitted too. Expert work by really qualified professionals, I felt like we were in good hands from the motor I made our first phone call.

I had an immobiliser fitted by motabars about a month or so ago and felt that it wasn't functioning correctly. I pitched up one morning at motabars to ask if all looked ok.
It was very pleasing to see that the team at motabars worked with me to validate the issue... and then proceeded to find a solution - which they did. Many thanks to the team at motabars, and a big thankyou to Zack for resolving the issue. Very professional and very dedicated to customer service.

Tow bar electrics fitted, great service friendly helpful company.

Used 3 times in the past always do a good job and explain any questions you ask. And on my ford kuga when you look no trace of a tow bar at all .

Good clear communications, very professional from first enquiry. After searching prices they are very competitive and fit quality towbars with lifetime guarantee.
Used their services with last 5 cars for towbars and reversing sensors.
Highly recommended and great location.

I have used Motabars for fitting tow bars and electrics on 2 previous vehicles and had no hesitation in contacting them to have just the 13 pin electrics fitted and the car re-coded (tow bar was already fitted to car).
Excellent customer service and everything completed in the the time stated 3 hours.

Quickly booked in on telephone, dropped car off and picked up earlier than anticipated. Clear instructions on how to use my new tow bar. Very polite staff and clean environment.

I had an unusual need, with my car and although nothing to do with tow bars they could not have been more helpful. Very knowledgable and extremely friendly.
I have no hesitation in recommending them and will use again.🙂🙂

Transporter 6.1 in for ghost, tracker and tints. Greg super helpful and responsive getting booked in. Dropped off first thing and was ready by lunch time. Zack did a top job of walking me through the ghost on collection and tints look brill, really pleased. Thanks all!

Very impressed with the service right from our first telephone enquiry. The tow bar was fitted efficiently and we were talked through how to use it as well as the Thule bike rack that we purchased. Can’t recommend this company highly enough!

From the very first point of contact with MotaBars the overriding impression is one of efficiency and reliability. Their workshop is clean, tidy and organised which is reflected in how they operate from the moment they answer the phone to the return of the vehicle. Very impressed with the service provided.
