This Sunday, I replaced my car battery, which I purchased from Battmobile. They informed me that the battery comes with a 12-month warranty and said they would send me the invoice. However, I have not received the invoice yet. To get the invoice, they asked me to download their mobile application, which I did, but despite continuous follow-ups, I have received no response. Based on my experience, I do not recommend Battmobile to any of my friends.

They quote a price of aed 700on phone and whatsapp but when service guy called they gave a much higher price of 850aed saying the last quote was given by a trainee prices hv changed. I had to wait 6 hrs for them all different people kept on calling but no one helped

⭐ 1 STAR – ONE OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCES WITH BATTMOBILE
This has honestly been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a car service company, and I deeply regret trusting Battmobile with my car.
My car was supposed to be picked up at a committed time, but it was picked up 2 hours and 30 minutes later than the promised time. Despite this major delay, I was still given assurances regarding the delivery time.
Things became even more frustrating when the promised delivery time was not honoured either. I tried calling the service advisor around 15 times, but he simply did not answer my calls. Not even the basic courtesy of returning a call or providing an update.
Finally, someone from their garage contacted me and casually informed me that my car had not even been washed and that it would take much longer to deliver.
Seriously? After all the delays, the car hadn't even been washed?
What makes this situation even more disappointing is that I had planned my weekend with my family based on the commitments given by Battmobile. Instead, their delays, broken promises and complete lack of communication have completely spoiled our weekend.
I now honestly feel that I made a big mistake trusting this company and signing a service contract with Battmobile. I expected a professional service provider to respect its commitments and, at the very least, communicate properly when things go wrong. Unfortunately, neither happened.
Delays can happen, and genuine unforeseen circumstances can be understandable. But what is completely unacceptable is promising a delivery time, failing to meet it, ignoring repeated calls, providing no proactive communication, and then informing the customer at the last moment that the car isn't even ready.
A customer's time is valuable. We have families, plans and commitments too. Customers should not have to spend their entire day chasing a service advisor for basic information about their own car.
Very poor planning. Extremely poor communication. Broken promises. Zero accountability.
I am extremely disappointed with Battmobile and seriously regret putting my trust in them and entering into a service contract with this company.
Definitely a 1-star experience.

Whatever you do, don’t buy the service booklet they sell when you get a battery change. Just tried using it for the first time and can’t even get a clear appointment. Customer service is ZERO. Now no trust, especially reading the other service reviews from people.

Disappointed with Timing Promise!

issue: Battery and car not starting…Took the car and They Decided to check further. The service and customer service team are not letting us to know what the situation and asking for the timeline and never getting the proper time. Service team are not listening to the customers agony of how time was important and they just promise we will check and then Gone! no more follow up or update. They ask for checking further in the end they will ask you for the service fee. Which why should i pay for it if the service was not started or deal? Check your staff behavior and make sense if they are cool than being rude or interfering because they are intelligent people.

Biggest pain. Took car for servicing and no updates, what they are going to do, when they will return. Requested agent over whatsapp, no response, promised to deliver the car by 9 pm. And again no response no car . You've taken someone's car, let.the owner know what you're going to do, whether delayed or not. Do you think everyone plans their day according your plans only?????? Great mistake done by me, choosing you

I wouldn't recommend, communication is extremely poor, prices are heavily inflated, customer service is something which is not a priority for them. Took 4 days for a major service and shocks change on my car. The amount of money I ended up losing through the service hiring a car for use during the 4 days and follow ups was by far more than Egency could have charged. Give them your car at your own risk

I have a service package with Battmobile, and yesterday I had my car’s minor service completed. After the service, Battmobile offered complimentary vehicle delivery to my location.

The vehicle was delivered on time, and I received clear updates regarding the driver’s arrival throughout the process. I would like to thank Battmobile for the excellent service, and a special thanks to Mr. Talha Jawad for delivering my vehicle promptly and professionally. I truly appreciate the great customer service.

Took unnecessary more time even though I have scheduled my visit. Impove process to prioritize scheduled booking so inspection is done on same day.

The car was picked up and dropped to my place after service. They have apps to track the progress and response was quick over call. The allocated driver Mr Bilal did a good work in picking the car and dropping it back.

Extremely irresponsible responsible and I got calls for random numbers and people asking for location and the people who I spoke to stopped responding after payment. The team was quick to take the car but never returned. My wife has a doc appointment which I mentioned and I was promised a call back but no car and no call.

I met with an accident and called in Battmobile to assist me with my situation. They were super pro in their service from the time I called their hotline till the recovery guy Ahmed who came and towed my car. The cs journey has been impeccable. Hats off to the team.
Now let’s see what happens once it’s back from the garage.
