Bought a shirt, no good, beware of mornvale
Bought a shirt, my usual size. Far too small. Contacted mornvale who apologised but said refund was Long and complicated and offered me a 20 percent discount to buy something else, haha
I have declined and suggested they look at consumer legislation. We'll see how this turns out, suspect the shirt will go to charity. Advice, do not touch this company

Urgh
Urgh. Temu quality product at high street prices. Terrible returns policy.
The picture and description on site didn't match what came through at all, "cotton blend" was actually some plastic feeling material, the stitching turned out to be printed, the pouch pockets turned out to be flat, with a printed picture of a pouch pocket on it, the size was off (3.5 inches too small at the waist) and was way shorter than in the pic. Even the lovely muted colours were actually garish and clashing.
Then I asked for a refund. They offered a 10% voucher, saying their refund procedure was "long and complicated". I asked again, they offered a 20% voucher. I asked PayPal to step in and they offered £30 (on a £33 item, that I'd need to post back to China) which I accepted.

Cheap rubbish steer clear of this company
I ordered a short sleeve shirt. In their description it said it was "Soft Cotton Linen Blend". Brilliant I thought that will be great for the hot weather. I bought it in 02/07/26 and it arrived today 17/07/26.
The shirt is made from some type of viscose/synthetic material and has the stitching consistency of a cheap product mass produced in China.
The label had also been cut out leaving only the size label in the neck so I don't know exactly what type of synthetic material it is or even the washing instructions.
Trust me this shirt is not cotton or linen or any blend of the two. How you have the audacity to peddle this rubbish is beyond me.
Do not touch this company with a barge pole if you want decent quality! If I could give no stars I would have.
