DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Items very poor quality, nothing like advertised. Even though they say refunds accepted, this is not the case. Steer clear, waste of money

Very disappointing experience!
I was incorrectly told my order was still being processed, only to later be told there had been a system error and it had already been shipped.
When the dress arrived, it looked significantly different from the product photos on the website - more like something from shein. I requested a full refund as the item was not as described, but was only offered a 15%, then 35%, partial refund if I kept it, or told to pay to return it to an international warehouse.
Customer service was polite, but the resolution was unacceptable. I won't be ordering from Monvaline again.

Ordered a shirt and a lightweight jacket and both turned out better than expected. The shirt is comfortable for everyday wear and the jacket doesn't feel bulky at all. Delivery took a little longer than I hoped but I received updates along the way so it wasn't a problem.

Got a pair of trousers recently and they've been great so far. They fit well, feel comfortable and look smart enough for work without feeling too formal.

One thing I really liked was how easy everything was. The order arrived exactly as described and when I contacted support about something small, they got back to me much faster than expected.

I bought a dress for a weekend lunch with friends and ended up loving it. It felt comfortable the whole day and looked really nice without needing much effort. I also had a question before ordering and got a helpful reply pretty quickly which was nice.

Do not buy from this company. Or Monvaline, which is the same outfit. I received a dress which was many sizes too big and poor quality. I have not been able to return it since there is no returns address or process. Emails result in automated responses offering no information and the customer service numbers are disconnected.

The cardigan is very soft and not that itchy.

Ordered a trouser for my husband. When it arrived it was really small and nothing like the style on the picture.
Wanted to return but they were going to offer 15% of the price instead of full refund!

I should have read the reviews on this shop before making the order.

The trousers fit really well, however, it took me sometime to find the perfect trousers Im looking for in the store.

Quality-wise, no complaints at all. I’m happy with the trousers I received. They fit well and look clean with different outfits Delivery was okay, just not the quickest. 🤷‍♂️

Delivery could have been a bit faster, but no major issues. really like the cardigan I ordered. It fits nicely and feels soft on the skin without being itchy. 💖

Kudos to customer service team. They helped me tracked my package cos the shipping was a bit delayed.

Do not buy from this company. The sizing is not as advertised and the customer service is non existent. It is impossible to get a response and good luck trying to get a refund.

The dress fits really nicely and the fabric feels smooth. It looks just like the photos, which I appreciated. There was a slight delay in shipping, but communication was clear.

Bought the midi skirt mainly for office days. It fits my waist perfectly and doesn't ride up when I walk which is rare for me. The fabric feels strong but still feminine, packaging was neat no issues there.
