Dealing with morethan was very easy and very professional. All my enquiries were answered and dealt with swiftly, and pricing was very competitive. I would highly recommend.
Most easiest insurance quote for my cat way too fast and easy. Wishing id of done it sooner. The price is half the cost of our renewal else where.

All is OK until you make a claim. Claim was acknowledged and then silence. Chased twice and on the day of the response to the 2nd chaser they stated they were waiting for into from my vet. Asked the vet and they confirmed the request was only received on that same day - some 5/6 weeks after making the claim. Eventually the claim was paid but the experience made me decide to not renew with them.

It was very easy to follow the online prompts to get my pet insurance quote. It was a reasonable quote with good cover so I bought it. Hopefully I won't need to use it, but if, in the future I do need to make a claim, I hope it will be as straightforward as buying the policy in the first place.

The insurance was very easy to set up and everything was explained clearly and I didn't feel rushed, which is important to me.
More than pet insurance easy to use
It is a bit too early to say how good my experience is. But I can say the website is easy to navigate and understand. I got a good deal for having 2 pets on the policy
My vet filed a claim for my cats…
My vet filed a claim for my cats treatment last October and even after receiving a letter in December from more than agreeing to cover the cost of the treatment no payment has yet been sent to my vet. So I have left more than because I won't let them continue to take money out of my account when they won't fulfil their end of the deal.

Was pretty easy to use on line to choose and start my dogs insurance
Cancelled policy before renewal, was still charged, no communication, no accountability.
I cancelled my pet insurance policy with More Than two days before it was due to renew after being informed the premium was increasing by nearly £100. Cancellation was well within the required timeframe.
Despite this, payment was still taken from my account after the policy had been cancelled.
I then:
* Contacted them again via email/contact form to reiterate the cancellation
* Submitted a formal complaint
* Received no acknowledgement, no response, and no explanation
At the time of writing, they are holding money for a policy that should never have renewed and have failed at every basic level of customer communication.
More Than is now owned by Admiral, and if this is the standard of customer care under that ownership, I would strongly advise people to think twice. Insurance is built on trust and responsiveness — without customer service, you are effectively paying money into a void.
I am still owed a refund and an explanation as to why I’ve had to waste time chasing them. I will never use More Than or Admiral again.

Holly was a polite and professional individual. She was clear, concise and very informative about the options available to me regarding pet insurance for my kitten.
She was thorough - taking down details and repeating all important criteria to ensure all was correctly documented.
No policy documents
Bought a pet insurance policy online but wasn't sent a confirmation email or any policy documents, which left me wondering if I was actually insured or had been scammed.

Telephone number
It was all very good until I had to put the telephone number in you should make clear that you leave off the 0 when entering your number
Ludicrous Renewal Increase over £500
Update... Renewal Price Confirmed as accurate. Offered £1k cover with excess of £100 & 20% excess for age. Just over £600 so basically £600 to not be insured.
Cancelled and Moved to another company. Absolutely disgusted that More Than believe this is rational. Apparently due to their sensitive business model they cannot divulge exactly how they arrived at the increase.
Ludicrous Renewal Increase £542.76
Just got my renewal for my 12 year old neutered female. No ongoing health issues.
Last year £575.28
Renewal £1118.04
That is practically double.
We accept she is getting older but when we took this policy we were told increases were not based on claims with lifetime policies.
That the 20% excess is applied for her age.
Shock at the increase is an understatement. "We are excited to offer you a renewal" I bet you are!!! What plant are you on that a stupid statement like that is included in a renewal notice doubling the price?
We have decided that this is really unacceptable and will not be held to ransom.
All other quotes for the same cover are under £400 with the excess increased from £100 to £125.
Sucker you in then give silly premium price increases. As a pensioner we don't pluck money out of thin air we live on a budget.
