i won money back in feb/march and still hasnt been released due to not having the id even though it stated that i could use birth certificate etc im 67 and dont have photo id so my account got locked and now i cant even log in seems no ones willing to help

I would like to retract the review as not wanting to rate this company, but after 4 weeks they have now released my winnings and I would like to thank the Manager of this company to state they was sorry and I would receive the amount in 5 working days this was on the 10th July but it as now been funded in my account today on the 11th July.
I think you really need verification before you allow new customers to deposit this would save less stress to us and yourself.

Totally useless. Games are tight barely get Bonuses ornfree spins during games. Also their.withdrawal is a joke. Says they approve in one working day. I made a withdrawal Wednesday before 4 pm and it got approved 5 pm Friday and still not actually sent to bank. Soamy other sites take literally cole of hours some are almost instant.
