Requested Funds Transfer Over a Month Ago And Still Not Received
On 26 Jan there was a message on the site as given below (if you want to see the exact wording) advising the site would be down until March 1. When the site returned, assuming I could simply log in again as normal, I had trouble doing so, so I contacted the support email below and there was an automated message as given further below (again if you want to see the exact contents). It hadn’t been clear that the existing account would no longer work. I therefore replied back on 4 Mar with the requested details but I haven’t heard anything since, despite sending follow-up emails on 1 April and 10 April.

Do not trust this casino with withdrawals
I deposited £500 and later requested a withdrawal of my remaining balance of £455. My withdrawal request was made and approved on 8 January 2026, however the process that followed was unnecessarily difficult, prolonged, and stressful.
My withdrawal was initially blocked pending proof of address. I provided a bank statement dated within the required timeframe that clearly showed my name, address, and date. This was rejected on the basis that it did not contain “enough transactions”, despite that having no relevance to proof of address. When I questioned this, no clear explanation was given and I was told the decision would not be discussed.
I then submitted a credit card statement, which was also refused despite card statements being listed as acceptable on the website (with only mobile, cable, and satellite bills excluded). Even after providing a screenshot of their own stated requirements, this was ignored. Only after submitting another bank statement with more transactions was my verification finally accepted.
Despite depositing via Apple Pay , I was not given the option to withdraw to the same payment method. Instead, I received the following email from the casino:
“We have just tried to process your withdrawal, but unfortunately, it was rejected and returned to your casino wallet. We are aware of an ongoing issue and have escalated it with our payment processor, which is why we have temporarily stopped processing withdrawals. In the interim, we have activated open banking for you. If you have not already used this method, to register, you just need to make a token deposit (min is £3.00) via the ‘open banking/TrueLayer’ option. The deposit will then show on your withdrawable balance.”
I challenged this, as I do not believe making an additional deposit should ever be a condition of withdrawing existing funds.
I was also only informed after depositing that my account was subject to a £25 stake limit, which was not clearly disclosed beforehand and directly influenced my decision to withdraw.
My interactions with customer support were particularly disappointing. Communication was often dismissive and passive-aggressive, with little empathy or willingness to explain decisions. I was repeatedly told to “allow up to 20 working days” without any meaningful justification for the delay.
What is particularly concerning is that this “ongoing issue” was referenced in January, yet I have since seen customer reviews describing the same problem going back to early November. If this issue has been ongoing for several months, it raises serious questions as to why deposits continued to be accepted while withdrawals were affected, and why this was not clearly disclosed to customers at the point of deposit.
A bank transfer was only arranged after I raised a formal complaint. The funds were eventually received on 15 January 2026. After resolving the issue, I noticed many other customers reporting similar withdrawal delays and payment restrictions over several months, suggesting this is not an isolated incident.
I am posting this to warn others, as anyone considering using this casino should be aware of the withdrawal delays, payment restrictions, and lack of transparency I experienced, which appear consistently in other customer reviews over the past few months. Based on my experience, there are far better and more transparent casinos available, and I would strongly suggest using those instead.
Given the issues experienced and the length of time similar complaints appear to have been ongoing, I intend to raise this matter with the UK Gambling Commission. Other customers who experience similar issues may also wish to consider reporting their experience through the appropriate regulatory channels.
