Thank you for your support! You can try to contact customer service to help you change the color, but you can only do it before production. Once production begins, customer service will not be able to do it. Or you can contact customer service, and customer service will help you get a discount coupon so that you can use it next time you buy the color you like😄.

Company in China enough said
Didn't realize company was in China or wouldn't have ordered. Spent weeks waiting for order and when it arrived at my USPS box it didn't have the complete address on it so was sent back. If you can't understand English you shouldn't do business in this country. Now waiting to see if I will be refunded. Don't waste your money.

Hello, we have factories in many places, including China. We serve customers all over the world. Sometimes, hot-selling products encounter production difficulties and will be transferred from other warehouses. It is normal to face customs clearance. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Regarding logistics issues, we strictly submit the delivery address on the customer's order information to the logistics company, but if the package fails to be delivered due to address problems after it arrives at the local area, it must be the local last-mile service provider who made a mistake. We have been actively contacting the service provider and providing timely feedback to customers. Thank you for your support. We are deeply sorry that we have not been able to provide you with satisfactory after-sales service. In future operations, we will focus on improving logistics issues.
