I purchased 2 hoodies. It took some time, but I finally received both. They were of good quality. However, one hoodie had several stains on the front. I contacted the company. They requested pictures. I sent several pictures clearly showing the stains. I never heard back from them. I contacted Southfaces once more. This time, they got back to me and said it was their distressed look, which, by the way, I did not order. They lie; they will take your money, and you shouldn't expect a refund or a replacement. After having issues with Southface, I checked their reviews. Rated at 3. I wish I had seen the reviews earlier; I would have stayed clear of Southface.

First time ordering from them. I placed order 10/1/26. I’m still in processing stage. It’s a bday present Bday is end of the month. I can’t figure out how to get in touch with them on their site. Hoping it arrives in time. I love the sayings on their shirts! I am anxxiously awaiting info or shirt! Nothing better than a smartass shirt! My kind of shirts for sure just worried about delivery.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Month-long shipping and a garbage product when (if) it arrives. Piss-poor customer service. I regret ever doing business with them. Lesson learned.

I ordered this shirt as a surprise for my friend. It took a long time for her to receive product from the time I placed order. It was worth it as the quality was extremely good. My friend thinks it is a very nice shirt and she is very anxious to get on her boat to fish. If ordering from this company, you won't regret it but plan on a 2-3 week turnaround time. Glad this turned out. Will order again. Customer service responded to all my emails in a timely manner, even when delivered to asking if my friend liked the shirt. Dont hesitate to order, be cognitive of turn around time.

It's been 3 weeks since I placed my order. I've discovered that these shirts are made in China. I still don't have my order. Hopefully the shirts will be good quality but at this point I'm thinking it's a crap shoot. Do not order from this company. They sure advertise as if their American but they're not! Stay away!!!

Received a very timely response from the company concerning my receipt of the wrong hat. They said that the correct item will be sent to me with no problem
I can honestly say the hat i received was of good quality.
Will be purchasing more items from them in the future

I ordered a hat for a buddy of mine. Received it and it was great. I’d buy again.

I placed an order. Yes, it took awhile, however I contacted the owner of the site re: my order. It did not take a long time for them to respond. It was on its way. That day I sent the email, the order was delivered that day. Out of appreciation I wrote to the seller to let him know I received it.

Extremely cheaply made hat. Waste of my money for 30 dollars.
Save your money.

Product of very poor quality. On complaining by email 3 times, I had no reply. Would not deal with this company again.

I ordered a shirt 3 weeks ago. Tracking said delivered but it wasn’t. Then I get and email asked for a review. LOL.

No place to enter a review. The link did not work.
I contacted the customer service email twice. I get don’t worry, your order is on the Way.
The recipient is going to move next month. Hope it arrives or I will dispute the charge.

If I could give this company a Zero, I would have!! The printing on the shirts I got was horrible!!! And when I wanted to return them, their response was, "That is how they are supposed to look." Really, like a 3-year-old did the printing? Gasps in the lettering, really? So, you know the printing is awful? Wow, the worst money spent in my entire life! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I paid for a T-shirt that was NEVER delivered! This was months ago! After 3 emails and no answer I turned it over to my CC company and they got me a refund!! VERY frustrating! Do NOT do business with them ever!!

I purchased a t-shirt from you on the 5th of Dec., 2025. This was a gift. I knew I had ordered it late so I patiently waited. 1/24/26--I'm still waiting.
I reached out and was told their "logistics" company had not alerted that the product was lost and to be PATIENT!! Then I received another email saying they were resending. That was at least 3 wks ago.
My patience is getting very thin and my BP is rising. Produce what I purchased or refund my money. $30+

I ordered two shirts over a month ago and I still have not received them. I also have attempted to contact them numerous times but they never respond. I’ve not received an update regarding my order since I received the confirmation email. This company is a complete scam!!!!

I received a shirt that was misspelled. Per the Terms and Conditions, I sent a picture of the shirt and requested a refund via email. I got a response of apology and no RTV number. After 6 further emails, I still have no resolution. The only way to contact them is through email. This is a horrible experience. Hope nobody wastes their money!

Yes, they have it marked the sizes. Typically, my husband would wear a 3X loosely went ahead and purchased a 4X just in case it runs small. All three products that I bought were tight on him. There is no way for him to wear them so if you purchase from this company, you better size up 2 sizes
They refused to help me with this problem
