I am very happy with the product. The only issue I had was not being able to track the shipping, so I had no idea if it was actually in route or if it was just lost somewhere due to the length of time... Vis mer

Why charge double?
Easy to order but why charge for shipping for each shirt when it will be shipped in the same package?

You misunderstood. If you are ordering multiple pieces at the same time, you can add the T-shirts to the shopping cart one by one and pay for them all at once. This way, you will only be charged the shipping fee once. Thank you very much for your support. As compensation, you can wait for the order to arrive and see the effect. If you are willing to buy more, you can ask us for a discount with this review screenshot.

Ordered a white t-shirt with black…
Ordered a white t-shirt with black imaging & when it arrived the black writing/images were really dull compared to how the clothing is portrayed on website & social media adverts. Emailed their customer service along with photos of item, customer were quick to respond & admitted the quality wasn't good so they quickly pushed through a replacement item & assured me they were "upgrading" the process used for the replacement. Replacement arrived & its exactly the same. So basically customer service great (by quickly dealing with issue) however mislead to quality of items & item itself is faded as if been washed 50 times

I would not give any star if I could!
I would not give any star if I could!! These products comes from China even if it doesn't state that on their site! I have been waiting for a shirt 3 weeks and still nothing. Customer service who answers when they feel like it just tells me to wait....already reported it to Paypal and I hope I'll get my money back. At least I know from where I will NOT buy gifts anymore!!!

We are an overseas company, and our factories are located in many places, not just China. Customer service gives solutions based on the results of inquiring the logistics company. It may be because the logistics company has not updated the logistics information for a long time, and at the same time has not sent us a notice of lost items. The order is in transit, so we implore you to wait patiently. We are an honest company, and the solution to lost items is free reissue or full refund, but before we receive the lost item notice from the logistics company, we can only urge the logistics company to deal with it as soon as possible. I am very sorry that I cannot provide you with more convenience, but please rest assured that if the logistics information is still not updated for a long time, our store will bear the loss and provide reissue or refund.
