Items received were incorrect (substitution or mispick?) or not nearly the same look as pictured in their website. No customer service phone number, only email. They don't respond to email despite multiple attempts. The phone number on file with the credit card company is bogus also. Credit card company is aware of this company defrauding many people but has done nothing about it.

Appalling site do not buy from here, the item I ordered was nothing like that advertised and a cheap nylon material, when I requested a refund they wanted me to post the item back to their factory in China recorded delivery and produce the proof of postage. This would have cost me a third of the value of the item. One thing I will say here I paid with PayPal thank god because they refunded me straight away, I should imagine judging by the reviews on here it wont be long before their pay pal account is suspended. awful scam company should never have been given a Paypal account I would not have bought from them if they hadn't had Paypal.

Terrible Scam Website Company!!! Do NOT buy from these people. Usually you will receive a product you didn't even order or the sizing is wrong or the quality is poor. Possibly you will not ever receive your product. Too bad because the pictured products are really nice. :( It is a subsidiary of zhuoda co. ltd clothing, which is a "Bait and Switch" scam site. Why do sites like AOL and FaceBook allow these people to advertise on their site? Lying cheats!!!

Do not trust this company. I bought several beautiful pullovers that were listed as made from a “cotton blend.” After a delay of well over a month, I received my order yesterday. I was shocked to discover that the pullovers were 95% polyester (ugh), and 5% spandex. They’re still beautiful—just uncomfortable to wear.

Havde en igangværende ordre som ville blive leveret på 12-15 hverdage. efter en hel måned uden at have modtaget noget skrev jeg til dem. der gik flere dage inden der kom et svar, en ud 3 produkter var ligepludselig ikke på lager og derfor havde de ikke sendt noget.

Jeg bad herefter at blive refunderet. og det skete så vel også.

HI, I was attracted to the site (via Facebook) because of the vast range of designs they have for men - i really like the range of 50s art deco.

A number of other reviews have mentioned have mentioned delays and sizing concerns - what I would say on these points is:
- they are coming from overseas so I wouldn't order anything urgent.
- There are full sizing tables in the item descriptions which I think are reasonable. If I order on ASOS I am more likely a 3XL top than a 2XL, but 2XL from Molilulu is a great fit for me.
- Also quality so far seems more than fair for the price.

I've had 2 successful orders of shirts but there were delays, and now about to try a trouser and a jacket / coat for size having consulted the sizing guides.

I do approach these as a bit of a gamble as I can imaging the returns process being difficult (hence the 4 stars) but if I get the hang of the sizing without wasting too much money I could be set for a good few years.

All you get is “we have a lot of back order, we will ship soon”.
I ordered on 6th Dec 2022. 27th December, I contacted them and was told it hadn’t shipped yet.
This IS a scam. DO NOT BUY!

Buyers beware! Not only did I experience extended delays in shipping, this product is not of good quality and runs small. Once received, I immediately reached out to customer service to get the return address to return the jacket I have yet to receive a response. I will never buy anything else from them.

Low quality, bad fit, deceptive photos and long delivery time.

Absolute scam, no customer service, the after 20 days and still not received the items

Ordered two Christmas shirts early in Nov to arrive in plenty of time for office Christmas party but after 20 days they had not arrived. Contacted them, took 4 days to respond, they apologised and they finally sent shirts. They arrived on 22 Dec; too late for office party. Shirts were badly packed, quality was not great. At best the fit was good. All up disappointing!

Absolute scam. It is very poor quality, for instance two buttons on a coat could not be done up because the holes were too small. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

they don't deliver the order for the second time

the second package has arrived today 4 jan 23

6 wk wait for a coat. It arrived and is the most cheap materials. Not as advertised. Sizes are wrong. Its not good quality especially as it was not cheap in price! I expected better. If wanting to return item i have to pay extortionate price. Avoid this site entirely.

Made an order december 4, and paid extra for priority shipping 7-9 business days instead of standard shipping 12-15 (double shipping cost).

13 business days later the order is not even handled and my christmas clothes will obiously not arrive until next years celebration!

I ordered on the 24th November and after some time and various emails , I received a response to my request to alter the order to different sizes ( 3 Christmas Shirts) I’ve have requested numerous times for a delivery date or even just a tracking number? No response.
So, unless something happens positively in the next two days I will do 2 things. 1. Request a full refund and 2. Recommend to anybody prepared to listen, not to use Molilulu.com because, sadly they seem at best, unreliable.

ordered since 25 nov 2022. I have not receieved the items till date.. I have sent emails requesting for my money back but no one responds.. there is also no contact number to call.. beware they are scammers

After 10 days the product was not even shipped.
so I asked to cancel the order.

$60 Jacket arrived 2 weeks after stated delivery and was honestly the quality of cheap halloween costume. Picture of legitimate patchwork corduroy jacket and only a single easy to miss mention of "print". The proportions are ridiculous and wouldn't fit any person with standard arm length to torso ratio. And the print is visibly pixelated. No responses after jumping through all the hoops and in there return policy it states that customer eats shipping it back...to asia. Calling it a loss and lesson learned. BUYER BEWARE!
