I ordered two hats with frayed edges and received two hats with screen printed images of frayed edges. I paid fifty dollars for these two hats , and they look like Temu, junk. I have tried to contact them with all avenues listed available on their website with zero response.

I ordered 2 shirt: fabric awfull. On the picture the color and shape was looking curved but the shape is like a bag and the color 😩 Very disapointed

I had no issues with the timing of the shipment, however, what arrived was not what was advertised. The quality was not what what was advertised at all. It was either a screenshot from a more high end store, or an AI enhanced photo.

I’ve ordered from Molilulu 3 times over almost 4 years, the delivery always takes 6-8 weeks regardless of what their website quotes, I think they make to order and then ship from China on a “slowboat” once they have a full container.
Anyway, the quality is good, except the buttons fall off, not a big deal, I can re-sew on buttons.
These shirts are lightweight, manmade material, but weigh nothing so great for taking on holiday if you want to travel light, I always try to fly hand luggage only even if I’m going away for 3-4 weeks.

Attention, ce site me paraît frauduleux.
J'ai réglé près de 86 usd toujours aucune communication commande à l'horizon.
Des réponses bidons à mes réclamations et aujourd'hui on me réclame 10 €...

Over 30 days since they took payment and their website still shows “awaiting shipment”.

Emailed the company a few weeks ago and they responded advising “it will be shipped out as soon as possible” and still yet to be dispatched.

Molilulu are a complete disgrace and should not be trading. Do not support them with your custom. Do not believe what you see is the product that you are hoping to buy. What you get is a vague resemblance and not anywhere near the value of what you pay. So this is a complete scam and against any trading standards.

Oh my god I can’t even begin to write about my disgust for this brand and company. First off, they took like forever to deliver. Their delivery too at least 45 days. And to top it off, what they delivered, there is nothing that looked even decent and wearable. The tanks I got, it’s loose and ugly fitting. I bought 5 items and all 5 items are headed for the trash bin.

I purchased three t-shirts online for an upcoming holiday. Payment of £68 taken easily, but then no payment confirmation. Instead I received an email advising that I had left the three items in my basket and should checkout. I can see the transaction on my bank account so emailed them for assistance. I got a response "Hi. We have received your order. Please don't worry. Have a nice day.".

I responded asking for an email confirming payment received and delivery date and details. No further response since.

The material of the clothes is awful, they are definitely providing false images of how the products look. After asking for a refund, they refused to send me a return label and then stopped answering my emails. Company is based in China. They are just scamming people out of money.

Ich bin über Instagram auf Molilulu aufmerksam geworden und habe dort eine Bestellung aufgegeben – leider ein großer Fehler. Ich habe direkt per PayPal bezahlt, doch selbst nach über zwei Wochen wurde meine Ware weder versendet noch geliefert. Es gab keine Versandbestätigung, keine Trackingnummer und auch keinerlei Rückmeldung vom Kundenservice.

Auf Rückfragen per E-Mail oder Instagram wird nicht oder nur automatisiert geantwortet. Für mich wirkt das Ganze inzwischen sehr unseriös – ich kann Molilulu leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Zum Glück habe ich über PayPal bezahlt und werde nun versuchen, mein Geld über den Käuferschutz zurückzubekommen.

I ordered a number of Christmas ornaments that are a knockoff of December Diamonds ornaments. What showed up were just a small flat pieces of resin ornaments at $9.99 a piece. These were a total ripoff. I also ordered a tank top for summer wear. It fits way to snug, plus it's cut odd with a head hole that is way to big and comes half way down my chest, not like the picture at all. Overall, I'm unhappy with every item I purchased.

Shocking quality spend nearly 100 pounds and it an issue to try and get a refund. Literally u fitting really see through clothing with bad printing on it. Avoid!!!!

Yo hice unas compras de unas ropas interiores hace más de un mes y aún no me llega. Estoy pidiendo de que me den mi reembolso, y tampoco lo hacen. Esta es una gran estafa, hay que tener mucho cuidado

I made several separate purchases of cheap and cheerful, colourful, fun summerwear for our 4 holidays of 2022 and 2023. With the intention of wearing it and then either binning it there or gifting it rather than dragging it all the way home again. I actually kept the majority of it! I was happy with the quality (for the price paid), yes the delivery time isn't rapid but most of these cheap clothing sites take about a month. Email responses all seem to go straight to spam, so this is probably why many people have complaints about the customer service. I would definitely recommend for cheap fun clothing.

I bought 4 items and only received 3. The quality is horrible, I don't understand how these people work. very bad finishes, no one really checks the items before sending them.

Now I'm trying to return what I bought but they don't respond to my emails.

Fake company..never send items...NEVER BUY AND PAY FOR THIS COMPANY!
