We absolutely love our new furniture. Looks great. Very sturdy. And will be the centre of our home for years to come, accumulating character to go with the reclaimed wood as it goes!
We ordered a small sideboard, bench, table, and two leaves.
Delivery was excellent and the delivery company were very happy to arrange delivery around us as we couldn’t do the first date proposed.
Correspondence with Modish Living was extremely pleasant and helpful when it came to finalising choices and arranging a delay to delivery due to our extension running behind.

The only downsides which are more points for others to be aware than problems were the amount of assembly and the amount of packaging.
The table and bench were both listed as requiring minor assembly which perhaps under sells the amount of assembly required! The table and bench both required the attaching of all the underneath leg/trestle structures which was not in any way complex, but nevertheless was not minor assembly! Nothing any one could do armed with the supplied Allen key (or your own screwdriver bit!) but the table certainly required two people to turn it over after attaching the underside. All the pieces went together easily and the instructions were clear but it was a bit more work than anticipated.
While I love how well packaged the items were l (despite the exterior boxes taking an absolute battering, the items were all in perfect condition), I could help but look with sadness at the entire wheelie bin full of polystyrene and plastic wrap that came with our items. We sorted as much as we could and have recycled all of the cardboard but I’d have loved these items to come with more recyclable packaging such as the corrugated cardboard/thick paper one finds on flat pack furniture.

Again, I cannot fault our purchase at all, we are delighted to have such wonderful looking furniture and would not hesitate in recommending Modish Living but wish other potential customers to be aware of the assembly and packaging.

I am absolutely over the moon with my purchase. I was nervous having to order such big items online and not seeing them in person. The pictures on the website didn't quite show the wood. However, it came and I am so happy with it. Delivery was very easy to arrange and it came promptly. The table was easy to assemble. The wood is rustic with an ashy/grey tone. The extendable part is easy and sturdy, much better mechanism to some I've seen.

Incredible service from Modish Living and my TV stand is beyond beautiful. I was contacted by phone after my purchase to confirm my contact details and was told the delivery date. The delivery drivers text me in the morning to let me know an estimated arrival time and also called me 15 minutes before they arrived. They carried the large item into the designated room. I would 100% recommend them.

Quality of the items ordered is excellent and the delivery process was incredibly transparent. Despite the 2 - 4 week potential lead time stated the item arrived three working days after ordering. Consistent update from Modish and their partner courier who kept to the time slot perfectly. Very satisfied!

Really pleased with the quality of my sideboard from Modish. It's got solid build quality, and just as pictured. No problems at all on the delivery - the guys were really helpful. Recommended.
