During this period, if an item or component fails under normal use, we will arrange for the appropriate replacement or remedy free of charge. From ordering on a Wednesday and expecting a long lead time, sent an email to ask that they let me know when it would be delivered and delivery was 2 days later, to the lovely delivery guy who put it in the garden to make it easier for me, I cannot fault this company. Excellent service.

Excellent quality product and a fantastic customer service from Ian and the team. After losing some of the screws before putting up one of the chairs they were extremely quick to send out a replacement with no questions asked. Great company and would certainly use again.
