DON’T ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

A complete Scam. Give you 14 days to return supposedly which you need to request in writing, it's been 5 days and not heard back from them. How have they still manage to continue trading??

Brought a dress for £40 and was terrible quality. I have send many emails for a return but with no reply.
It is a scam website i would advise not to use it.

Absolutely disgusting quality.
I bought some sandals £38.... When they arrived, I knew I'd been scammed, the were in a plastic bag instead of a box. They were flimsy and was definitely not the same as the picture on website!

Absolutely shocking waiting time even though it was supposed to be express delivery!! And to add insult to injury when my grandsons tracksuit finally arrived it was extremely poor quality!! £45 wasted don't bother with this website I wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered

Perfectly awful! Ordered a smart panama hat in "natural breathable fabric". The hat arrived looking nothing like its photograph, misshapen, crushed, made of plastic and the hat band falling off

What a truly awful company. I ordered a cute pair of red ballet shoes and they came in the wrong style, colour, size and the whole design was off. Cost £50 and looked essentially like a child made them with glue and botched stitches everywhere. I filed for a return and refund and they got back to me but once I sent proof of the product’s terrible quality, they never got back and I can’t get my refund now even though it was within the 14 days of delivery LIKE THEY SAY on the website. I am appalled at the whole process and hope I can deter people from doing the same, thinking this is a legitimate company. About 70% of their clothing images are AI!!!!!!!!! A very unhappy customer.

I purchased from the app called Shop. I waiting for my order like two weeks I contact with them twice. They told me they contact with me back with tracking number. They never not send me the tracking number the most Scam company

Fraudulent website.
They said delivered, more than one month after (and i paid express). But I didnt receive nothing ! I just receive a piece of paper with china medicine advertising ??????
(initially porder a hoodie and pant).

Tracksuit is solid and looks as advertised.
Shipping was on-time.
All round good experience.

Just wanted to add my piece here. I bought from this company as their brand resonated and I wanted to support a start up from IG. Big Mistake. Not only did the shipping take forever but their website is misleading. It says made in USA when in fact it was shipped from China.

Furthermore when my hoodie and pants arrived the sticking was completely botched. There is no way one can wear this out in public. The sowing on the hoodie was terrible and did not resemble the quality nor sowing in the picture. Per their policy you are entitled to a refund and they were adamant on telling me that there is no refund after product has been shipped. Regardless of what their policy was. No customer service!

If you thought about buying from this brand #maisonnoire they have great marketing but no costumer service and follow through.

Total scam. They stole their designs from episodes.clothing on IG. Don’t fall for it. Be aware.

Ordered 2 weeks ago, order never shipped they just created a label from china, no answers to email and when comment on their instagram they delete the comment lol..

My kids need hoodie for winter and order them on mnoire.org Mason Noire website using express shipping on Nov 14 2025. Today Dec 10 2025, still not received my shipment. After sending email to customer service, I got a tracking number, shipment originaged in China on Nov 26 2025 and still in China as of Dec 10 2025. Now I worry about quality too.
