Staff is always friendly and welcoming. My cats are well treated even when trimming nails is almos a cat fight, the vet always has a smile and remembers their names and prior ailments. I truly recommed them for any pet treatment even just checkups.

Lovely vet, she couldn’t find my cats records as she was a rescue,,through perseverance she found her! As my cat is very hard to get in a cat carrier! She gave me a few tips to help for future visits

The receptionist welcomed us in and helped when weighing my dog. The vet was very kind and encouraging to my dog and explained things well to me. This is always the case when I have visited before, and why I always highly recommend this vets practice.

What a lovely compassionate Vet at Whaddon Way, our 2 elderly cats ( turning 17 shortly) have been going there for most their lives ( a couple of visits to Stoke Road as well) . I found her so caring for their wellbeing not pushing the tests available, where I’m sure others would x

I love going to MKVG and have been with them for so many years now. Always friendly staff and the vets are great. No matter what my pet needs they are on it. And have always given the best care to my pets, I cannot fault them at all

The whole process is structured and very easy to follow. Doctor was super with Billy. She took her time and gave him a chance to get to know her. She explained all steps and everything she would do to me. Gave Billy time to adjust and calm down. The same for the reception team. All very helpful and super friendly with the dog and the owner. Great place to come to we feel our dog is always in good hands.

Visited Willen with Lila for the first time this week to update her vaccinations.
I was extremely impressed from start to finish. The receptionist was friendly, and helpful and the vet herself, was very kind with Lila and took her time to go over some helpful advice with me.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them👍

The vet dealt patiently with my dog who suffers a lot of panic and anxiety once in the surgery. I always dread taking her even for routine appointments but the vet put me at ease and took her time. Thank you.

Mr creed saw Jordon the vet ,she made creed & my self feel very relaxed ,she took her time with creed she was very thorough she went over so many different things we come away feeling very positive she was so lovely

We love taking our dogs to the vets but I feel sorry for who's on reception as our dogs are a bit loud and whiney lol

Arrived early and got seen straight away.very friendly and helped with keeping my dog at ease,had her injections with no problems, totally great experience as usual.
