The ethos behind the brand is to offer high quality garments at a modest price point, making each collection accessible to the community in both affordability and wear ability. MKI’s versatile collections aim to cover a complete wardrobe, with pieces designed to transition season after season. [M-K-I MEE-YOU-KEY ZO-KU] MKI takes their name from a youth tribe formed during the summer of ’64 in Ginza, Japan. Names after their storefront loitering on Miyuki Street, the Miyuki-Zoku were the first Japanese to adopt Ivy League style. The group (Zoku) created mass hysteria amongst the conservative population, with their forward thinking attitude and revolutionary style of dress; the streetwear of its time. The MKI Team continue to ta inspiration from the ideology the Miyuki-Zoku was founded upon, channelling the groups attitude toward fashion, styling and culture; in turn cultivating a new age community. One of the best shops in leeds
Staff in the Leeds store is always so chatty and gave me lots of information about the new products that they had in store. Always good quality product too.

Excellent service
Excellent service, from ordering to delivery (delivered within 30 hours of placing order). Slightly disappointed that the Uniform hoodie and t-shirt are different shades of navy and don’t completely match. Great materials used though, feel very comfortable.

Our returns process is done via an online portal, where we provide customers with an Evri returns label to send back an item.
If customers use our provided label and return the item for a refund, a charge is deducted from the refund to cover the label cost. Alternatively, customers may choose to send the item back via a courier of their choice and a full refund is provided.
If a customer chooses to send back an item for an exchange, we provide free labels and send the new item out with free shipping.

I go on the website to track the parcel and all I get is update within 24hrs.
Evri are a crap courier company and steal items. If the item does turn up I will be sending back.

I decided toMixed First Impressions – Quick Delivery but Quality Could Be Better place my first order after…
I decided to place my first order after seeing the brand’s social media campaigns and checking out their website, which looked pretty impressive. The delivery was fast, so that’s definitely a positive! However, the product quality was a bit of a letdown.
I ordered a pair of bottoms, and when I unwrapped them, I noticed loose fabric and cotton bits in the packaging, making it look like the item had been hastily finished at the factory. The overall finish just wasn’t up to the standard I expected, especially for the price.
On the other hand, the gloves I ordered were a nice surprise. While they’re a bit pricey for what they are, I can tell they’re well-made, and I’ll keep them for now.
Overall, I’m on the fence. I’m not happy with the bottoms, but I might give the brand another shot in the future. Just hoping for better quality control next time.

Modest packaging
Just got my 1st delivery from MKI -a jacket, it’s a gift for my husband- as a feedback, It would be great if the transparent ziplock plastic bag where you put the clothes had your brand on it at least, so It won’t feel like a random store purchase, specially for people who got them for a gift… I honestly wasn’t expecting such modest packaging from this clothing brand. Good although not as expected
I got the scarf on time for christmas, and the package was intact. The product seems of good quality, fitting the description except it looks more beige coloured than white unlike what's shown in the photo with the model, it caught me off guard but the quality is there.
