This is a scam site do not use
bought a dress and it was the wrong size so I returned it and asked for a refund £127.50.
To date I have still not received my money

Spread the word so other people do not get scammed

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I lost £500 to them. Returned a dress, they acknowledged receipt, with photos as proof, promised a refund which never arrived. Issued a CCJ against them. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

STAY AWAY! If I could give a zero rating I would. Ordered 2 dresses, one arrived about 6 weeks later and was charged for 2! Have been contacting them via email, live chat and mail box is constantly full. Absolute joke. The dress that did arrive was not suitable so need to return, company say do not return without them sending a returns label, which I’m still waiting on. I returned the parcel to address on the site and sent recorded delivery so I can see that it has arrived and been signed for, still no contact and no refund.

This is a scam company. I ordered three dresses about 2 months ago and I received an order confirmation email. However since then there was no update to say they had shipped and I have never received the dresses. I have contacted the company numerous times with no response. I have been very lucky in that I paid in full with Klarna so I have been able to get Klarna involved and I very fortunately will not have to pay. If I had paid in full via bank card I'd have been almost £500 down. I have seen reviews from others who have said they did receive their dresses so I guess they do send them out to some people. If you still want to take the risk with this website then please pay either via Klarna or by credit card so that you have a way to get a refund in the very likely situation that you dont receive the items.

Do not buy scam company no response after contact them have raised complaint with trading standards

Coats arrived late after waiting weeks for the order. No option to return or speak to anyone at all. Unable to get a refund.... avoid this company it needs to be investigated.

Dress never arrived! And no communication! This is def a scam site

Just going to keep putting low reviews on all the websites for this thieving company and owners. They have stolen £80 from me by not refunding the tacky shoes I sent back.

Stay away from this company and its other names!

It’s all a scam - nothing you order will actually arrive and you also won’t get your money back. Website changes its name regularly, uses pictures from other websites too! don’t waste your money

Horrendous service. I’ve been waiting on a refund since October. It’s now the 9th December, 8 days after the last promise of a refund and yet to see it in my bank.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Missyeti, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company. While the website presents a professional appearance, complete with a UK address and phone number, this is highly misleading. It turns out that the items are shipped from China, which is not disclosed upfront.

The dresses I ordered were poorly sewn and looked nothing like the stylish outfits shown on their website. The fabric was cheap, the fit was terrible, and overall, the quality was abysmal. To make matters worse, once my order was delivered, all attempts to contact the company failed. They do not respond to emails, and the phone number provided seems to be useless.

Missyeti seems to operate with deceptive practices, making it nearly impossible to get a refund or even proper customer support. If you’re considering ordering from this site, don’t! Save your money and avoid the headache of dealing with such an unreliable and dishonest company.

You place an order and you never receive it.

I have ordered with this company for the first time and I incorrectly ordered the wrong colour dress. I have been trying to contact them for three days, on the phone and on emails and also on there message app but no one has replied. I have had to get klarna involved and still I have had no reply. This has really made me I’ll and I don’t recommend anyone order from them ever.

We received a dress that had a rip in it and have been trying to return it. I’ve emailed over a dozen times With no response, it is impossible to get a hold of these people
The customer service they’re just isn’t any and it is so annoying
I have called the number and the mailbox is full of course
Would never purchase anything from them again

A double transaction was taken off with my purchase, with still no refund after many many many emails and proof. They also got my address incorrect on the shipping, I can't track my order and now my purchased shoes have still not arrived in time for my wedding day after 14 days. Very disssapointed in the poor communication and follow-up from the start.

J'ai reçu ma commande mais ne convient pas du tout j'ai donc voulu effectuer un retour comme évoqué très clairement dans la politique de retour, cela fait le 4e message que j'envoie par mail ou par chat et aucune réponse de leur part, ils font complètement les morts !!!! C'est inadmissible d'autant plus lorsqu'on propose une politique de retour de 30 jours !!!! Ce sont des MENTEURS sites à fuir !!!!!!!

The dress took quite a while to arrive, which would have been okay if their communication was better.

I have now returned it and am having difficulty receiving the refund. I tried to call and they answered but then hung up on me. No answer when trying to call after that. They also do not reply to emails.

Thankfully I paid on credit card so can raise a dispute with them. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered a jacket, it arrived 6 weeks later,

I requested a refund for Faux Fur Long Sleeves Hooded Coat ( Khaki/M) x 1 £69.99 (Order No #1915)
I was instructed to return the coat in which I did in March 2024, still I have not received the payment of £69.99 refunded into my account.
Please check your emails.
Can you please refund money into my account, or I will take this further.
I have given you enough time for the problem to be resolve and my money deposited back into my account.

Ordered wedding shoes didn’t receive them and there’s no way to contact them,disgusting

Order dress, too small and can't contact anyone for refund. Sent multiple messages, phone calls, all options of contact and still nothing. Seems I won't be able to return so £150 down. Bad customer service or non existing should I say.
