I was upset that my credit card was charged without prior notice to renew a subscription I don't use. The quick and understanding response from support seems to be working to rectify this. I will be completely satisfied once I receive the refund.

Customer service is terrible. Never used the app, when it came for annual renewal they took funds off my credit card. On the same day requested to cancel membership they declined to return funds.
The app it self is basic and glitchy.

It's one of my essential tools; I don't think I could work without it anymore. It's visually stunning, robust, with a truly impressive app, and it also has the advantage of allowing you to share the project with external collaborators. I had a minor issue with the payment method, and they resolved it immediately. They're fantastic.

I am a law professor teaching criminal law and use MindMeister to develop mindmaps for my course. The students find them very useful, and MindMeister provides immediate and very helpful support when needed. The application is very user friendly and intuitive.

Nach nur zwei Log in/ Abo 1 Woche alt, ist log in nicht mehr möglich; fadenscheinige Begründung der Änderung der log in page. So kann ich nicht arbeiten. Alle Eingaben sind nicht mehr zugänglich, meine Arbeit von Stunden verloren. Ich habe keine Zeit für mühseliges Support Gedöns, kann geschäftliche Termine/ Vorbereitungen für Meetings so nicht erstellen. Absolut unbrauchbar für geschäftliche/ termingebundene Arbeitsweise. Ein Flop.

Har måtte oprette det samme mindmap for 3 gang nu, ved tabet af de tidligere og nu over en times tabt arbejdes tid, da den ikke gider og gemme arbejdet- eller ekspoter det.

bedienung nicht Intuitiv, Formatierung macht keinen Sinn, zusammenarbeiten funktioniert nicht gut. Habe vor Monaten gekündigt betrag wird immernoch abgebucht.

Customer Service is only through e-mail and the initial responses were quick and stated I was entitled to cancel my subscription and only be charged one month. But now 8 days since the last communication and no response. Plus attempting to login to my supposed account is impossible the capchata "Verify you are not a robot" doesn't work no matter what browser you use I tried the most popular 3 and if you attempt to reset your password to gain entry it says it sent a mail that never arrives and spam is empty. Not impressed I will never use any of there products again because of the customer service process. I am canceling the credit card I used to ensure no more charges from this company since they explained to me it really is my only option since recurring renewals may still transfer if you replace your card. I am beginning to wonder who will be buying anything in the future with AI, bots, a lack of civility and just plain common sense that seems to be the norm in corporate organizations anymore.

Une version de base gratuite est disponible. Tout fonctionne très bien durant 2h. Ensuite, le moindre click fait buguer tout l'arbre. Plein de chose de suppriment automatiquement, comme si l'on avait fait une fausse manip.

Le but ? Vous faire payer car pour revenir en retour, a une version précédente, c'est payant. Même pas un abo mensuel de dispo pour récupérer le travail. Non, minimum 6 mois a 50€.

2h de travail perdues ! Un vrai scandale ! A fuir !!

Their support doesn't exist at all. Tried contacting using all methods but one reply came after few weeks and then never came back again. I have cancelled all my plans with them. Not recommended at all. There are better products and support in the market with much lower price.

They SUCK. I can't cancel online. Cancel button does not work. The phone number on my AmExp account for the charge is disconnected.
