My order was completed efficiently and professionally. The printing looks great and so does the binding of the workbook! Very pleased.

I didn't get a delivery tracking sent to my email. This should be autogenerated.

Hands down, Mimeo has the best customer service I have experienced. You call, they answer and they resolve the problem. Recently, they called me because there was a problem with an order going to 25 different locations. After discussing the issue and the options, the customer support person did all of the steps needed to cancel the original order and place a new order for the 25 locations, saving me from the stress and time.

I order the same format every time and would like for options to default to my usual specifics (binder, full color, double sided, bind on short side. Also I'd like for it to display as binder on short side so that I can see what it will look like.

Once again Mimeo came through with flying colors and delivered on a late order with a tight timeframe for delivery!

printing set up was fairly simple

The only thing I would like; is the ability to provide a note. For example, on this order there were very specific instructions for the outside of the envelope but no where to put that text in the order form.

My workbooks had blurred pages and images. Customer Service never got back to me nor did the Print folks.

Hi, we had a few packages that did not arrive on the scheduled requested date and caused an issue on our end. I know that it may have been Fedex's fault but there was no notice from anyone on your end to advise us there was or may be an issue with the delivery. Other than that, everything else was okay.

almost every time we order loose pages with Tabs, the Tabs are bent and smashed and are unusable.
Despite many complaints, there is never any improvement. This has everything to do with the way that you are packaging the items. Tight shrink-wrap over the exposed tabs causes the damage. We spend entirely too much money on printing with Mimeo to receive shoddy materials over and over....

I needed help with the layout of this book. Although several of the staff at customer services helped me, Carolyn Tatum, walked me through it.

Sarah did a great job keeping the project moving and making sure the deliverables were in on time (or early). I felt like we were in great hands and couldn't have asked for a better experience with my first RFP.
