Tremendous attention to detail and excellent customer service.

Mia was very helpful and kind! She answered all of my questions and made herself available to me if I have any questions.

Easy to order, and I can see the final product before placing an order. What I see is what I get

Made an error in ordering and easily clicked cancel and reorder. Just so reduces stress that can be related to placing an order.

I find that Mimeo is quick to admit mistakes and rectify them. In addition, when an order is not able to be delivered due to an error in the address, they immediately contacted me and had it re-routed. This kind of service is what will keep me as a customer

Terrible consistency. I.E., consistently incorrectly printed requests (2-sided orientation mixups); stapling problems (staple requested-binding or nothing is what ships); incorrect placement of staple when actually stapled; single-sided 11x17s printed 2-sided; and orientation problems (landscape requested/portrait is what ships).
You do well with our training manuals and electrical schematics, for the most part. But the little 8 - 10 page 11x17-singlesided-landscape-top left stapled, hydraulic schematic seems to be a mountain that you just can't summit. I even name the file by the printing request and that makes it even worse, sometimes. I.E., I name the hydraulic schematic file as follows:-HydSchem - 11x17_Landscape_1-sided_LHstapled_BW- and it just doesn't matter.
Date of experience: LOL, it is not a one time mistake. It is a mostly all the time mistake. Cute calendar selection box below, though...lol.

Ryan M. He was such a huge help in getting our project done. He took time out of his day to help me get the project the way I wanted through meetings and breaking down the files to create the book we wanted.

Turnaround was quick and the quality was great!

Order was sent incomplete but with no indication it was going to be incomplete

The Mimeo solution as a whole is user-friendly and makes building proposals fun! I love flipping through the pages and having full control over the quality of my projects. Special instructions (flash drives, custom package labels, etc.) are easy to use and allows Mimeo to meet all of my proposal needs. Can't recommend them enough!
